Great video Tim, it happens tho that ponds get shut down and fish removed, but nice for people and owners to see how it's done. Expertly completed with minimal stress to the koi. Be nice to see the next pond the customer will build, those are nice big koi he has.
Lovely fish. And realised the pond on the back of the van is the 32.000 gallon pond you did 10 years ago. Certainly worth using that gorgeous pond on your van 👍🏻
I was waiting for a jumper and boom mission accomplished lol shame its gotta go but I suppose all things can and will happen in the hobby 😉 keep up the great job mate
Such a shame Tim, I moved to a new house, fortunately had the opportunity to make sure the Koi were moved before anything else and set up. Would be a good follow up to see them in their new home.
Absolutely stunning fish! Glad hes keeping them from the title fort it meant he was giving up lol talking about the filter set up system what would something on that scale cost ? Rough estimates?
@@TimWaddington cheers mate just having a binge watch of all your videos haha just fount this channel and you only 30 40 mins away! All the best in these times fella keep up the brilliant work!
So sad to see such a lovely Koi pond destroyed. Certainly a video with a different take on those usually portraying stocking and filter upgrades! Hopefully all our spirits can be lifted by another video showing the same lovely fish being introduced from their holding pond to new home.
@@TimWaddington Cheers, really looking forward to that. But your video is great, just a sad subject. As a result, when we see the rehousing it will be so much more enjoyable.
Hello, I have a small 279 gallon pond with 5, 9 month old koi. The smallest being 4 inches and the largest being 8. I know they’re going to get big soon so I was thinking about upgrading to a 550 gallon pond. What is the best liner I should use?
BiggRacks Up it will be built again. There are many situations like this. We probably get a few a week who either have to get rid of the Koi or a few who have moved to a house with a pond. Happens all the time.
The majority of ponds I will ever post on here are purely Koi pond, they are made for certain purposes. A garden landscaped pond is more to enjoy the actual pond. A Koi pond is built to house some very expensive Koi where growing them to the potential and development. Flow rates... expert filtration, measured food... Also in the UK it’s very hard to enjoy a garden, the weather isn’t god lord enough. Don’t get me wrong, I have many customers who have a ‘garden pond’ but we concentrate on this type of practical pond, which are perfect for the fish.
What a Lovely Pond and Fish, Thanks for sharing Tim.

Great video, can you tell me what sort of temperary pond they will be going in? As we need to do this to our fish. Thanks
What if they do need oxygen?
Hi Tim. Where would I purchase the large bags from
Most koi places should have them
Such a shame Tim, I moved to a new house, fortunately had the opportunity to make sure the Koi were moved before anything else and set up. Would be a good follow up to see them in their new home.
You definitely will see the new pond 👍
Only an observation, but would it not be safer removing your watch before handling just in case of damage?
On bigger fish I do. They don’t go near my watch.
Absolutely stunning fish! Glad hes keeping them from the title fort it meant he was giving up lol talking about the filter set up system what would something on that scale cost ? Rough estimates?
Nexus, Bead, heater and pumps... is say under £5000

Hope to see you when things get back to some normality 👍
How much would it cost to build a pond like this with all the filtration? (minus the fish)
That pond would make a great raised bed!
Is the pond concrete with brick layered around outside ? I’m trying to think of the most cost affective way with having a glass panel to see through.
Yes it’s concrete and block 👍
great video again tim i would of bought that house just for the pond if i was moving
When renting though, people pay for the garden too and don’t want the hassle of feeding and maintaining so it has to be filled in.
Why the fish is always beauty? Why my fish still far away to that level? Can you give some suggestion or something?
There are many places that sell Koi, only a few that sell good Koi, please check where you are
@@TimWaddington I was breeding here... But to makes that quality need more advice and guidance...
Very sad! Like you said the owner can use the items again so that is good.
Wish I was moving in there lol

haitch04 yes of course will do a video. I’m sure, knowing the owner the next one will a lot better!

That is a crying shame beautiful pond

vQuaxy I don’t know I’m sorry, we don’t deal with liners on our ponds.
These videos are great content! A shame about the pond though

Nice professional job is done, move livestock especially fish is very difficult and requires specialists
my pond is the only reason i wont sell my house haha
😂😂
Beautiful fish but like so many in UK, ugly and unimaginative pond,
