It won't be that hard. It won't take that long. It won't cost that much. Great job making all your hard work disappear. That's a lot of real estate. I'm glad to see you using the brush in hard to reach places. People make fun of me for that. This is a huge milestone and you are doing a fantastic job. I always enjoy your videos and learn a lot. Thank you for your time.
Thanks I appreciate the nice comment. That stuff doesn't care if I brush it on or spray it so why not make sure it gets into all the nooks and crannies right? This is the time to take care of this type of stuff as you know. I am hoping to get moving along at a faster pace but however long it takes is how long it takes.
Thanks Ray. Yes it is very satisfying and a big relief to get this done and behind me. It opens up a lot more things I can work on to mix it up a little.
Thanks Anthony. I planned on using a Toyota color called Super Red 2 but my friend has an Audi with a really nice red I am seriously considering. I still have a little time to decide so I am looking around all the time.
Hi Johnnie, I sprayed about 3 quarts RTS (Ready To Spray) mixed material and got really good build. Lots more to spray once we start blocking and smoothing.
Hi Roy. Great question. As long as I can to allow the epoxy to shrink as much as it is going to. All products shrink (including body filler) so allowing it outgas and shrink is the best way to prevent sand scratches showing up a year after the car is done. I would say in a warm climate at least a week before blocking it out but 2 weeks would be better. I see a lot of "professionally" built cars that have sand scratches showing because they rushed it. You see that a lot on these car shows too.

Saludos Mark…..
Congratulations
What a breath of fresh air to have it encapsulated
In epoxy.
Great persistence and patience.
Major milestones need to be celebrated🍻 TY for sharing.
Thanks it was a big step and a long time coming for sure. Big relief too.
Looking Good Mark!!
Awesome Mark! So nice to see some color on it now. I'm sure you're very happy to finally get the epoxy stage past you!
Yes I am Doug. Weather turned dry and hot again but it is nice to get this checked off my list.
Must be very satisfying to get to this point Mark, nicely done and the car is looking great!

Going to be nice that’s for sure!!
Great video, will be nice to see her painted, have you decided what red you will go with, stock Pontiac red for the year of the car or custom red? 😎👍

I love the mini cooper red. Chili red I think it’s called.
Hey Mark! Car is looking fantastic. Did you use the whole gallon + of your epoxy on that?
Hi Johnnie, I sprayed about 3 quarts RTS (Ready To Spray) mixed material and got really good build. Lots more to spray once we start blocking and smoothing.
How long would you plan to let the epoxy sit and cure before you start sanding and body work?

Thanks Mark. Sounds look good advise.
