I'll never forget the smile on Kris Bryant's face as he threw to first for the last out of the WS and I think many cubs fans feel the same way. Part of the franchise forever. It's really nice to see that his time with the Cubs was meaningful to him.

I don’t think all cubs that got traded were able to but I wish that rizzo was still wearing 44, Baez wearing 9, Bryant wearing 17

Rizzo would've worn 44, but the Yankees retired it
Baez and Bryant both agreed to wear 23 in tribute to Chicago (Michael Jordan)

@@thedude3065 Yup,for Reggie Jackson. Even though I'm a Yankee fan,I've always had a spot in my heart for the Cubbies. It doesn't feel right for Rizzo being anywhere else but Chicago. Aaron Judge also wears 99 because he couldn't get 44 or 9,which Reggie wore in Oakland

I'm thankful for the things he did for my Giants, but he did so much more for the Cubs organization. He should retire as a Cub when he finally hangs up the cleats.
