Loving all the strength combos! I agree about over exercising. It took me a while to get it, but I make myself rest so I can stay healthy. I usually workout 5 days and rest 2 days (it works for me) . As I've grown older, I realize my body does take a bit longer to recover, and resting really does help (and keeps me from getting injured).

I just finished this workout. I loved all of the moves, a nice change from the usual.. I dont normally do kickboxing. Definitely felt progressively more challenging towards the end. I held 1 lb dumbbells for the non-weighted moves. Would love to see an hour long workout of this type. I'm definitely feeling soreness in my shoulders. Thanks Tracy for the great workout!!
This was fun! New moves for me, so the first round I had to do like in slow motion to get the movement right, then for rounds 2 & 3 I was up to speed. Loved the 3-pulse reverse lunge, step kick move!! 💥
Loved this workout!! I subscribed to your channel a few months back after finding one of your mini bands workouts which have helped me so much on my weight loss journey. I've always loved kickboxing and had to give this a try. Loved it and would love more like it!!
Another amazing workout! I burned almost as much as the Barre superset one. My body seems to love the quick back and forth. They go by quick and lots of bang for your buck! Heart rate had no problem staying in that red and yellow zone almost the entire time!!!
I normally do not like a full class of kickboxing so this was perfect ! Loved the heart rate boost and it was kinda fun although I still wouldn’t like a full hour of it!, lol. This was perfect and not that I am a kickboxing person but you would’ve never thought that you didn’t teach it at one time !
We did this workout today with a gym full of ladies! Everyone loved it!😃 Between the barre workout yesterday and kick boxing today we are all feeling those muscles!💪
Another great workout! Loved your words of wisdom at the end. I was a chubby grade schooler and have definitely always obsessed about my weight since I got thin in middle school. I am definitely WAY better than I was, but at 60 I still find it difficult not to see that chubby little girl sometimes who was made fun of. I definitely like my strong, lean body, but am always working at making sure I have the right balance physically, mentally, and emotionally so I don't go down that rabbit hole. Thank you for all you do Tracy! You are appreciated more than you know! ;)

Another fantastic workout 💪🏾💪🏾 I was heavily into Taebo 15 years ago, so the kickboxing moves were easy for me. My shoulders are looking great, so a little burn goes a long way. I’m very happy you didn’t do a burnout round repeating all the steps, at the end though🥴 Thanks again✨

2nd day of your workouts, the length at 40 - 45 ish minutes is good, the strength combined w/the aerobic is really good, tough! I recently purchased a rebounder (easier on joints) and can incorporate with some of your workouts - this one worked well :) Otherwise I'll do a 15 min rebound lymph cleanse for the warmup.
