I did this today and it worked my whole body up. You are a squat and lunge specialist 😀... Enjoyed the whole sweaty session. How about some abs/ core workouts with/without weights please.
I loved this workout!! You asked for suggestions. I have done an up and down workout of yours several times and it's wonderful. Would you consider doing another one? Just bring up for an exercise and then down and then up etc. is a great conditioning for the heart! Thank you
I love your workouts. Just a quick idea: I believe they are called a ladder workout but I call them accumulation. Exercise 1, 1-2, 1-2-3, 1-2-3-4 and so on until about 10 or so.
