    Yes, I would like to see more of this type . I feel very accomplished after doing this!! LOL My heart rate was up there and it is exciting when i can use all different pounds of weights that i now have ! Thank you !

    This was great . Love the no repeats and format. I felt like I did a great workout at end. As a request can we please have some cardio HITT workouts using very light dumbells, say a 40 minute workout please. Thanks Tracy and love your work, you always deliver.

    I did this today and it worked my whole body up. You are a squat and lunge specialist 😀... Enjoyed the whole sweaty session. How about some abs/ core workouts with/without weights please.

    I loved this workout!! You asked for suggestions. I have done an up and down workout of yours several times and it's wonderful. Would you consider doing another one? Just bring up for an exercise and then down and then up etc. is a great conditioning for the heart! Thank you

    I love your workouts. Just a quick idea: I believe they are called a ladder workout but I call them accumulation. Exercise 1, 1-2, 1-2-3, 1-2-3-4 and so on until about 10 or so.

    Oh yeah! We worked that circuit!! 🔥💦💪 This was a good one, Tracy 👍 HR was high, muscles were working, sweat was pouring 😅. I wanted to super burn it out, so I did your 10 min Super Fast and Sweaty HIIT right after this, then cooled down. Awesome workout 😁
