You motivated me to start again! I used to workout 6 days a week. It was about a month after I first started that I started to DESIRE to workout. I loved it for about 2.5 years. Then chronic nausea kicked in for 3 years to where eventually, I could not workout 3 minutes without running to the toilet. It has been so hard to get back into it because I still have to modify and if I go too hard or too long, I will get nauseous. Thank you for the motivation I needed! PS. To anyone reading this, BCAAs help so much with muscle soreness; it was a game changer for me. I went from being really sore everyday to barely feeling a thing. Creation will up the recovery.

Honestly I’ve been living in fear trying to increase the inflammation but you’ve helped me soften my heart towards getting on some meds to help and also being just gluten free and not so dang extreme with gluten dairy and soy free. So many times I know the kids won't eat something and I make them something they will eat. So I don't think your crazy at all. I've been on a workout and being healthier journey for 4 months now and do it for myself but also for my kids. Enjoy the time when they are this little and being able to run and keep up with them and motivate them to take care of themselves is so special. 🥰💪👟

I have 32 lbs so far was at 234 and I hit a moment of defeat feeling bc taking so much work to get off a few lbs a week but I am doing it for my health my heart rate and anxiety runs high so I have to and need to get healthy for my kids ! I want to even tho I know Gods plan is Gods plan but I hope me trying to do better will help me be here for as long as God allows it. But when I feel I can’t do it or I have used up the excuses I have four kids 11,7,3,2 and I have used ever excuse but for some reason this year I had a wake up call and got my booty moving ! But I just wanted to say thank you for the motivation I love it so much and thank you for being real! Bc you’re right unless the person is ready really ready it’s just excuses . Slow and steady wins the race! I personally prefer reformer pilates for the type of workout I love. I started just two a week and now a year later I do 6 a week easy. You work up to it just start somewhere!

You look healthy and I see that muscle girl! I agree with the working hard to get results instead of the fast so called easy route bc I believe there is price to pay for that. I want something that gives me longevity and strength through my aging body. I want to be a strong Granny not a weak one. If I have anything to do with it I will give it my all and do with my body what I can. I am grateful to be able to lift some weights and move my body.
