I remember when you said if you exercise 30 minutes or just anything would help. That's what I started doing and still to this day I tell myself that. Today anxiety was trying to get the best of me and I didn't let anxiety win. I got on my treadmill for 30 minutes. HONESTLY HELPS!!!! ❤❤❤❤

I am trying g to avoid all the bad ingredients and love hearing what you use instead! I am forever grateful for the video back in the summer I think in June or July that you started talking about Bree and the 1st phorm app... I joined and it has changed my life 🙏
I also struggle with pmdd and honestly my workouts and focusing on the joy of little things are the only things that get me through. Sometimes you just need to take your workouts down a notch wether that be using a lighter weight or just going for a long walk if that’s all you can muster up, hormones are extremely important to care for 🙌🏽 currently in that part of my cycle and more intuitive I became of my cycle and hormone changes I am able to manage it much better!

It has helped me tremendously in a lot of areas that I thought were just “normal” for women. It’s basically a blend of oils in each dropper bottle, and then one has wild yam progesterone in it as well as oils. I love watching your channel because you have so many healthy fun food ideas. ❤

I always have a 3 day rule because I’m crazy. You could freeze them for longer but you’d have to thaw or microwave them
