  • I will be Grilling and Searing Lamb Chops on the Pit Boss Austin XL Onyx. I put some olive oil on the chops then I seasoned them with Kosher salt, black pepper, rosemary, and SPG. Place them in the center of the grill for about 15 minutes. I turned them over and after about 15 more minutes I opened the center for searing. I pulled them when the internal tem reached 170°. These Lamb chops were tender, juicy, and tasted amazing!
