Lamb Chops | Reverse Seared And Smoked In a Pit Boss Pellet Smoker

- Welcome back to another episode of Anderson's SmokeShow! Today we are smoking some lamb loin chops on my Pit Boss 5 Series Vertical Pellet Smoker, then finishing them off with a reverse sear! This is another episode of my 2 Hours or Less Meals and are super easy to make and taste great!
Pellet of Choice: Pit Boss Classic Blend (Pecan, Hickory, and Mesquite)
Spice of choice: Spiceology Oh Canada! ( bit.ly/3wZW85B )
Season the lamb chops and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Pre-heat the smoker to 225F and smoke the lamb chops until the internal temperature reaches 120F-125F. Remove from the smoker and prepare a frying pan or griddle so that you can sear these chops! For this we used butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Sear for about 30 seconds on each side. They are now ready to serve!

Truthfully I haven’t had them since I was a kid, so this is the first time that I’ve bought them. I picked them up at sams club for less that $8lb.... I dont know if that’s good or bad, but I was extremely happy with my purchase 🤣! Thanks for watching and you have a great weekend as well!

I love this but i think you need to add a receipe showing seasoning you use if you dont have a pre made seasoning like Oh Canada
