Nice looking beefers Darrin!! That party rub certainly gave it some great color!! I could eat beef ribs weekly and never get sick of them!! Great cook like always bro!!
Damn, I love your videos Ash! very clear and easy to follow. I've already tried out your chicken thighs and eater ribs and they turned out perfect, can't wait to give these a try 🤤! thanks (from the UK)
Made my first rack of Dino ribs yesterday. Man, super intimidating but super easy when the dust all settled. Your ribs looked amazing. Is it me or do the ribs get fuller when they’re all done?
I stumbled upon your channel a few days ago and really enjoy your videos. They are extremely informative and easy to watch (especially since they are usually 10-15 minutes in length). One question: can you share a link to the black latex gloves you use? I can never find these online. Thanks again!
Thanks so much for the feedback, and kind words. I really appreciate it! I unfortunately do not have a link for the gloves at this time. I had a large stockpile pre-pandemic, and am lucky to still be working through them. I will say I’ve had luck at big box hardware store, as well as some bbq websites. All Things BBQ may be worth checking out online, they were limiting folks to two boxes awhile back, so don’t quote me!
Those look awesome! How long have you had your Pit Boss? I've heard a lot of good things about it. I'm getting mine this week. They went on clearance at local Walmart for $250 so I jumped on it
Those bones were looking good darrin! Now you have me wanting to do some. Awesome job brother! Juicy for sure. Have a great weekend brother!

Thank you so much! I have about 9 Pit Bosses, one I've had for 3 years, and love it! I also got mine for $250 at Walmart, the Austin XL.
@@AshKickinBBQ only 9??? Lol this will be my first Pit Boss and I'm looking forward to cooking on it
What temp probe is that? Need one!
Nice work Darrin.
I’m long over due for some Dino Bones.
How do you like the Meater plus?
I’m ordering one today.
Thank you Mike! It works well in a lot of applications, steaks it really shines. I’m not a huge fan of how big it is, but other than that I dig it!
Hey whats the difference using butcher paper and foil? I am drooling by the way lol
Personal preference, they both do the same thing. Paper saves the bark a little bit better but there's ways to fix that with foil as well. Thank you!
Nice 👍🏻
Thanks man!
@@AshKickinBBQ You’re welcome. I just got a bottle of Party Rub and threw some burgers on the smoker. 👏🏼
@@darrenXparker hell yeah, that party rub is no joke! Those are gonna be some amazing burgers bro! 🔥
@@AshKickinBBQ Darrin you’re right about that. - Darren
I can't tell what temperature he was cooking at. He doesn't mention it. What temp and for how long?
never mind. He says it after the cook is finished.
275
He said it throughout the whole video. 275-300 range
Hello did you spritz hourly or a water pan? Or nothing at all
Spritz if needed.
You rest them for an 1hr 1/2 ?? Are they still warm after that?
lol yes, something over 200° doesn’t magically get cold in that amount of time. They’re still usually 170 or higher after an hour, easy.
I’m gonna try this tomorrow for the first time lol thanks for the video
@@a.rivera6646 good luck brother, you got this
Do you keep the fire pot grate open?…. I can’t tell
No
How long in total roughly big guy?
Eh depends on your temp, but I'd plan for 5-6 hours and then the rest
