I followed your process in this video to cook my first wagyu beef dino ribs I ordered from Black Hawk Farms on my Grilla Chimp Pellet grill. I melted the butter on the grill and basted starting at about 175, man what a great and easy cook. The flavor was amazing, my kids and grand kids came over and they loved it too. Thanks and keep up the great videos. I love your down to earth easy to follow cooks. Your Parm Garlic chicken wings recipe is my go to wing recipe.
Leave the fat cap alone. It will render and keep the ribs moist. Why season the back membrane? The seasoning is blocked by the membrane. Basting with melted butter is a grand idea. Personally I use Waygu tallow when I wrap.
Great video! Just ordered some of the Prime Beef rub and Mississippi Grit. I use the Mississippi Grind all the time and it’s awesome! I’ll be making the tailgating steak and cheese sandwiches that Malcolm just did. Being a Detroit Lion’s fan we need all the good food we can get!
Anyone - I got some bison back ribs and wanna do em on my Traeger. Obviously very lean. Any suggestions? My though was just rub, smoke low at 225 for a couple hours, then paper wrap with maybe a little tallow, cook until tender. Or smoke, then foil pan with some braising liquid and veges in the bottom. What say you?
You do an entire video, and say nothing about the total cooking time. Sheesh So, other people have asked and you haven’t answered. What was the total freaking cook time?!?
Usually white people cook their grill meat half cook or medium rear as they call it but this guy ribs look well cooked and delicious with nice bark and presentation... Well done sir!
One thing I don’t like about beef ribs is the excessive amount of fat in them. I got some grass fed ribs from a local rancher and they were the best I’ve ever tasted!!
That fat cap is the best part when it renders. I keep it on every time.
How long did it take to get to 205? You didn’t say
About how long until it reach 205 from 175
As an irishman, it gladdens my heart to hear you say kerrygold butter. Its the best in the world!
And this is why I look forward to each new video post. Nice job. I enjoy my Silverbac as well, great product.

Looks great! I love that cast iron sauce pot!!! Where did you get that? What is the soreness brand on it?
Amazon has several, including a Lodge that's about 1 1/2 cups. I ordered one and I'm waiting for it to arrive.
Prime Beef is legit. Awesome cook as always friend.
Thats not done. No wobble
Can't wait to get my hands on that Prime Beef rub. I'm thinking that and then using wagu beef tallow instead of butter. Might not be bad! :)
Awesome! What was the total cook time?

How can the rib be so juicy if you don't spray any liquid such as apple juice to the surface during the 3-hour cooking?

Meat has great smell. I don't think so. Fresh meat should not smell. IMO
Are you going to post any videos with some of the cooks/recipes from your recent competition win? particularly the chicken
I love these ribs, but I saw a rack at HEB last week, 4 ribs for $60. Hell naw!
How do you cook pork ribs on just a regular grill with charcoal ??
Me acordé cuando trabaje en TEXAS en Tony Romas de preparador en la cocina
Holy Hannah Montana those are incredible!
Is there a difference in taste with these compared to the bigger "Dino beef ribs"
Fellow Grilla owner. They are built like a tank.
Perfect!

Finally me a bottle of Prime Beef and I can’t wait to try it on some beef!!
Where can you get the knife you are using
Doing this exact thing tomorrow. Just got the rub this week.

What time is dinner 😋
What is the total cook time on your ribs?
I usually plan 5-6 hours. That way there should be some rest time in there.
