62 years old, and a Raiders fan for 54 of them ☠️☠️ And will remain a fan till the end !! Silver and Black ☠️☠️ New sub ✌️
I met Ted Hendricks at a charity golf outing. He was very personable and had great stories. My brother and I are both Raiders fans. We were decked out in Raider gear for the outing which took place, ace in Chicago. Ted latched on to us at the dinner after. Great stories, big laughs, and a great memory.
I met Ted in a bar , He liked to drink .
💯% Packer fan for life baby‼️
I was totally bummed when Ted (#56) got traded to Oakland (#83) after just one GREAT season with the Pack. Lord knows that back in the mid-1970’s we really needed him and the two first round picks we received (Koncar & Johnson) did not equate to one Ted.
I am a Raider and Ted was one of the GREATEST players of all time. Honored I had the opportunity watch him play. He revolutionized his position
Kick'em Ted.. My favorite NFL player all time.
25 Blocked kicks is just plain insanity! No player will ever come close to that ! Had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Hendricks in person,(very friendly)& would say he is one of the all time greats. Raiders fan for over 50 yrs & for life. Go Raiders !!!- David M James
Love watching these videos! I've been a Raiders fan since the 70"s.... Takes me back to when I broke my Toy Raiders helmet doing helmet to helmet hits. Go Raiders!!!!!
I have been a RAIDERS fan, I am a RAIDERS fan, and I will always be a RAIDERS fan. Great channel, by the way.
I knew some of them. I actually supplied Dan ( Pig Pen) Connors with a light up Raiders hat that he proudly displayed in Bulls Tavern, one of the three bars he owned. I've been a Raider fan since 1963. I was born in 1961. Even though my dad played for the Bears and the Browns, I always liked the Raiders.
Ted Hendricks one of my favorite players even too play for our Raiders and love watching him play.
Been a Raider fan for 51 years :) I loved watching this man play.
I’m a Raider, I’m also from Guatemala and love the fact we have a Guatemalan player in the NFL.
Been a proud Raider fan all of My life. Have white Jack Tatum jersey that is one of my proudest things
I am a Raider! I grew up in a season ticket holder family through the sixties and seventies. Cried when they moved to LA, still bled silver and black. Went to games in LA. when we could, went to games when they came back to Oakland. Cried again when they moved to Vegas, but knew they had to have a new stadium. I still, and always will bleed the colors. RN4L
One of my Raider's favorite players...I've been a Raider since I was five yrs. Old and still and forever bleed Silver & Black 61yrs. RN4L BELIEVE IT
One of the greatest Raiders ever. A true original and one of the best football players ever. An original and icon!
I am a Raider!
The Autumn Wind is a Pirate.
🏴☠️💀🏴☠️
blustering in from sea. With a rollicking song he sweeps along boisterously. The pirate is a Raider pillaging just for fun. He'll knock you down and upside down and laugh when he's conquered and won. 😎
I am a 55 year old Raider, since 1974. I picked them, my dad is a 49ers fan.
I am a Raider through and through. Godspeed Raider Nation.
God bless you my friend. I went through addictions. It's a tough fight. Stay strong 💪.
Matt Millen said Ted was the only guy who could adjust the defense on the fly, super intelligent. I am a big time Raider.
'The Mad Stork,' was Ted Hendricks at UM. His wing span was incredible. Today he would be called a Freak-someone 6'7" and only 220 playing defense in college at that time and place was way out of the ordinary. He had the hand-to-eye coordination and quickness of a 6' point guard. With the leverage his length gave him, in college he was impossible to block.
Raider for life
Greatest Guatemalan, to play in NFL.
One of my childhood heroes
Raiders Forever 🗽🗽🗽
Always loved the Silver and Black.
He was the X-factor that caused the Raiders to win 3 championships.....after he left, the Raiders' winning ways came to a hault.
I am a Raider and have been since 1974
I followed Ted to Hialeah High in 1967
The teachers raved about his intelligence. Am a 50 year.Raider fan and have had some of his same struggles in life. God keep you
If I had to put together an all-time team, Ted would be my WLB opposite Lawrence Taylor, my starting Sam Linebacker. His finesse and versatility would complement LT's strength and ability to bull rush
RAIDER FOR LIFE
Howie Long said Ted was the smartest man he ever met in television or football.
I am a PROUD citizen of RAIDER NATION
there's a phrase that comes to mind and that is TEDNACITY. one my all time favs from the silver and black
Not a Raider Fan But I am a Ted Hendricks Fan!
No, Despite living in the East Bay, I'm not what you would call a Raider fan. But I was a big fan of Football of that era. That was some great football.

My parents, uncles, & cousins attended Wheatley high w/Lester Hayes parents, & Charles Philyaw Wheatley & TexasSouthern U. Our other homeboy,

LONG LIVE THA RAIDERS!
Raider nation for life baby
Theodore Paul + Football= The original "T-Pain" 😂❤😅
Excellent.
The 49ers drafted a tight end in the first round in 1978 named Ken McAffee. John Madden said in preseason games Hendricks would never go full tilt. If you didnt try to embarrass him he wouldn't embarrass you. McAffee, 6-5" 250lbs who set receiving records for Notre Dame when Joe Montana was there, made the awful mistake of clipping Hendricks in the back. Madden said he played the rest of the game like it was the super bowl. He humiliated McAffee never letting him get off the line of scrimage. Totally demoralized him. His career was badically a bust and that mistake could have possibly contributed to this. McAffee became very successful after his NFL career though. You never piss off the Stork with a cheap shot.
Ted was a great player and a great man, one of my all-time favorite RAIDERS. I truly understand the grips of alcohol.
I shook hands with Ted once.
His hands are like an Orangutan.
His first three fingers seem like they have an extra knuckle and his thumb kind of comes straight out of hand and it creates a huge circumference.
He always had them taped up in games but you can see them in his early photos.
He was a MUTANT and maybe the best splash play artist I’ve ever watched.
I hope he has found peace.
The Raiders defense was never the same after the Mad Stork, Ted Hendricks retired. RN4L
My nephew brian Clark was a true Raider, died from fentanyl over dose last year, buried him with nothing but raider clothing 🤩
No doubt, Ted revolutionized the outside linebacker position, as a tackler, blitzing, sacks, intersections, fumble recoveries and blocked punts, he used his physical skills n a very efficient manner. Alcohol addiction is a battle for everyone, most people drink to relieve stress and physical pains....gg, Tampa Florida

I am a 50+ year Steeler fanatic!!
That said, “The Stork” will ALWAYS be an NFL LEGEND that deserves nothing but praise & respect.
Just like any of todays younger Steeler fans will always hate but respect Ray Lewis & Ed Reed, Ted Hendricks & his elite team mates laid the groundwork for eternal NFL rivalries & greatness!!
#83 will always be an NFL legend!!
Chapin Hendricks!🇬🇹
Baltimore Colts Fan
I'm a raider
Respect to all of the legends, but can we get to see videos on players from the 90s and 00s ?
I am a raider
No saga with Ted. Da Raidahs!
Great player!! So what the guy liked to drink.
The stork blocked more field goal s, punts, and extrapoints than anyone.
Was loyal & season ticket holder years until Al left LA, burned Irwindale, & began ticket reserve fee (now all nfl teams use) and moved 2 more times. Why should I fall for his disloyalty & NFLs fleecing of their fans? Nope, its a 2 way street. Great players & memories but not much of my time or money spent on them anymore. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice ..,
thee mad stork
“Use all your well learned politesse, or I’ll lay your soul to waste…”
Booze cares nothing for your résumé. She bitch slaps the big & strong, high & mighty. I’m glad the “Mad Stork” beat the rap. She picked off Mickey Mantle.
Just win!
Legends? OK. Heroes? NOT! Heroes put their life on the line for others....football is a game...no heroes.
It. Was. Lousy. That the. Pack had to. Trade. Ted
Hey Raiders fans Ted played lots of great football in Baltimore too. Its your luck and our curse that Robert Irsay was a drunken idiot who traded Ted to Green Bay and then the idiots in Green Bay traded him to you.
I LUV THE STORY ABOUT TED, RIDING ON THE PRACTISE FIELD ON A HORSE. SNAKE STABLER LOOKED AT COACH MADDEN AND SAID HE WILL FIT IN ,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! U tell 'em SNAKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I AM A LOYAL RAIDÈR FAN. GO RAIDER'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
