Thanks now all I can think about is how Chappelle would play LTs true Hollywood story

The Generals went bankrupt along with the league. Thats when Hershal Walker left the Generals and joined the Cowboys because they drafted him knowing he was going to the generals but they owned his NFL rights. That would lead to the 1989 trade to the Vikings by Jerry Jones and Jimmy Jhonson that rebuilt the Cowboys. Hershal had a no trade clause so Jerry paid him a million to accept the trade. He played for several teams and ended up playing for the Cowboys again.

I personally think LT said it best, The Minister Of Defense Reggie White was The Best defensive player ever.

I don't understand how someone who led the league in sacks ONE TIME in a 13 year career can be considered "the greatest defensive player of all time." He was not good in coverage, he was just a pass rusher basically. So if we compare him to other pass rushers, there are guys with far better production. TJ Watt for example has played only 8 seasons so far, compared to Lawrence Taylor's 13, yet is less than 30 sacks behind Taylor's career total, and has led the league in sacks 3 times already, triple the amount of Lawrence Taylor.
This is one example, many other guys performed significantly better. So are we calling him the best ever because of the way he changed the game and his amazing athleticism? If so okay. Production wise, the argument doesn't hold up.

The rules were much different back then in the 80s compared to today. Also, Lawrence Taylor won league MVP. Saying that he has more sacks is not a good argument plus Lawrence Taylor sack didn’t count until the 1982 season as weren’t counted as an official stat until 1982.

@TheSSUltimateGoku 1982 was his second season, and it's well known he had 9.5 his first year, and I included his first year in the numbers I gave. His sack totals are a completely fair judgment of him, his job was to rush the QB. What rules are you referring to from "back then" that made things different for him? I am not denying that he was a great player, and certainly caused big change in the game for blocking schemes. I am however saying the idea that he was the greatest defensive player ever is a huge exaggeration. There have been many guys who were much more productive pass runners than Lawrence was.

Drinking problem?!? He had a lot more than a drinking problem. He forgot what day his game was on once while driving past the stadium, saw the lights on, and asked himself "I wonder what is going on in the stadium today?"

He literally checked himself to rehab saying he couldn’t even handle it anymore? We went through it in the video as well. “A little crack…” bro was using it daily.

Don't cosign ppl's self destruction just because you like how they play football. That's how drug addicts die, no accountability no consequence until it's too late.
