I am a Korean citizen who grew up in the Philippines, attended college in the US (Boston College), and attended Medical school in the Philippines (from Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health). Currently back in Korea preparing for my next journey ahead.

Hi, can you please tell me how you resized your document? I scanned my diploma, resized it and converted it to pdf form but it still won't upload.

When we should uploads those document? I have finish my notary cam and confused what to do next because IWA did not ask me to submit any document or credentials. I am trying to submit them via ecfmg credential upload tool but it said that I am not eligible to submit. Little bit confused with this step
Hey nina, i think we need to go Step-Wise. You cannot upload your credentials unless you go to your IWA and book your Triad, make the payment. Thats what i gather
Hello, do you know how much time do they take to verify or send you a notification that they received the documents? I uploaded them 10 days ago but i dont know anything else, no info no notification, dont even know if i uploaded them right

This app is no longer working for android and iPhone, is there any other way to send credentials?

Hi there,This app isn’t available in app stor for iphon.
Yes I tried and App Store doesn’t have it and google says this app is not supported in the country you are in and I am in Canada 😂
Hi guys! I actually had the same problem since I am in Korea. So I searched "ecfmg app apk" on goolge and just downloaded to my phone the first file that came up and it worked! Maybe you guys should try the same :)

Hi i uploaded my documents via Ecfmg credentials tool. Do i need to re upload using app.
hi, ma'am when we should be eligible to upload those medical credentials documents? I finished my notary cam and when i try to upload it, told me that i'm not eligible to submit. Do i need to complete USMLE STEPS to be eligible to upload the documents?

Yes you can if you have the soft copy version of your documents.
