Each of them have their own website where you can buy subscription plans from. Some of them do have offline versions that can be downloaded from online but you'll have to search for them!
I graduated in 2017 and recently planned on attempting USMLE...I plan on starting from scratch I just started with boards and beyond and like you said yes it's vast and time consuming... How long would you say it would take approx to complete it so I'm confident with my basics

If you’re still a student, you can only take it once you’re done with 2nd year of medschool. You’ll need to submit the Form 186 to be eligible!
