Hello everyone, I hope you are well. Firstly you no longer need to collect the Prologue & Epilogue notes to get the increase level cap of 5. You only need to collect Bob Tale Notes 1-10 on Scorched Earth. Making this process a lot easier. Secondly to clear up the confusion when it comes to collecting the Prologue & Epilogue notes. The Island Prologue 1: You will get this note when you first spawn on the Island. Alternatively after defeating the Overseer on ANY difficulty and spawning back onto the Island this note will unlock. Epilogue 1: You will get this note when you defeat the Overseer on the Island on ANY difficulty. Scorched Earth Prologue 2: You will get this note when you first spawn on Scorched Earth. Alternatively after defeating the Manticore on ANY difficulty and spawning back onto Scorched Earth this note will unlock. Epilogue 2: You will get this note when you defeat the Manticore on Scorched Earth on ANY difficulty.
Best note running guide out there. I've tried many he takes time to show you how to get to each one instead of just flashing cords. Good work. Keep up the content for all these asa maps.
@@Ninjakiller560 question do i have to beat the overseer than again? Because i finish everything on the island so do i need to kill him again for the note or is it there than i finish everything before scorch launched
I love this channel sm, very informative and probably one of the only channels that gets note content out and updated right away. Do you know what new notes you have to get to get the +10 if you didn't finish getting them on island? I finished them on my smalls character but couldn't finish my 1x notes before scorch released

Yes I plan to make guides to all the scorched earth explorer notes. Both an individual and all in one like the island. Just going to take some time is all but plan to get them out asap. As for the new total number of notes, don't have specifics yet. Was in the proccess of mapping it out but had to go to work.
It doesn't count previous Overseer kills, sadly. However, you won't have to fight the Overseer. Wildcard added a change where you now only need to collect Bob notes 1-10 and you get your levels. No prologue or Epilogue needed.

That is werid, you have the bob tall tales dlc correct? As I know, the name changes to you need dlc to grab this note if you do not have the dlc installed
Had a few people comment today that they were able to get the 5 levels just by collecting the Bob 1-10 notes on scorched earth. I have not had a chance to confirm if this is true, but if so. This is great news with that recent change. Making it a lot easier.
@@Ninjakiller560I went over bobs tale 9 with a dino even tho I already had it unlocked and ended up getting it. Still shows epilogue 1 locked but I got the lvls thanks again man for the amazing video and answering my question. You helped me get +20 lvls in ASA truly appreciate it!

Hmmm I think they've patched it, because I miss both Bob's Epilogue 1 & 2! I got a message when I got Bob's Tales 1 - 10: All notes found! I've checked my implant and I got the +5 extra levels unlocked 😍 I play on Official PVP server 🤗

@@Ninjakiller560 It has been tested again by one of my real life friends. Only by gathering Bob's Tales 1 - 10 and he got it unlocked. Be aware we both did all the Alpha bosses far before BOB DLC. The friend I mentioned has no Manticore boss on his implant: Only The Island Alpha bosses.
Sadly, a few people have had that issue since the latest patch. However, there is some good news. As of right now, if you just check the bob notes 1-10 on scorched, you get the levels. So, there is no need to worry about prologue and epilogue currently.
so uh, i cant collect the notes despite owning bobs tall tales anyone know why maybe?, btw the first 7 notes are labled as the dear jane notes for some reason on scorched
Yea, it is a new bug in the game. It will get fixed in the massive patch expected to come in the coming weeks. Once that is fixed, the name will go back to normal, and you will be able to collect the notes.
Ah, dam, it seems they changed it in the previous patch. You were able to do it, now it seems you can't. Sorry about that. I didn't know they brought in a new patch to fix that.

It doesn't count previous Overseer kills, sadly. However, you won't have to fight the Overseer.

it seems like dying inside the tek cave works too for getting the note
So you're saying u can just run in & grab all notes & then die in Overseer fight? if so, I could make that happen.

Grapple hook, thyla, building up to it if pvp is enabled or could even parachute to it from the ledge.

Yes, however as stated in my pinned comment. You no longer need the Epilogue and prologue notes to get the levels.

If you do not have bob prologue 1 note, then yes you have to fight the Overseer again

I bought the dlc but when i try to use stuff like the treasure chest map it says i need to purchase it. Any idea how to fix it?
Sadly, no, it's a bug. Wildcard is aware of it and plans to have it fixed asap.

Notes weren't opening for me until I log out next to it and logged back in. Aftrr that I was able to open the note. Try that next time.

So just to be clear. They really released an 30 Dollar DLC which locks 2 Acheivments(Max Level and All Explorer Notes) behind a Pay wall???
Well, if you use admin commands, you can bypass the need for dlc.
However it you want the levels legitimately, then yes you need to buy it.
But how even if I use the cheat GiveAllExplorerNotes the Achievement stays at 99% and I still don't get the Bob's Tales Notes
