I can't get the skins have they stopped given them out when you collect the notes
They should be in ur inventory

Note 3 is wrong coordinates is 90 60
Sorry but 90 60 is where the local drop comes down. The OP simply made a typo, the exact spot is 91.9 60
If only you would show on the map where you are too
I considered it, but between the coordinates and aerial shot I hoped it would cover it well enough.
Just type in the cords as a waypoint then track it will bring you straight to everyone.
If only you weren't deaf you'd hear the cords mentioned for all
