  • How to fill a veterinary anaesthetic vaporiser with isoflurane! 🐾
    Remember to always check your iso levels before every anaesthetic

    Instructions:
    Loosen the top screw labelled "loosen"
    Remove the port stopper.
    Holding the bottle upright but below the fill port, insert the key bottle adapter into the fill port.
    The two holes on the adapter should be facing downwards in the fill port to match up with the two holes within the port.
    Tighten the top retaining screw to seal the keyed bottle adapter in the vaporiser fill port.
    Tilt bottle upside down to see gauge on the left handside filling up.
    Once full - tighten the screw and full bottle down back into an upright position.
    Remove the bottle adapter and replace with port stopper.

    I'm guessing the same process applies to sevoflurane, desoflurane, and such?
