I have to test my dog regularly and I have always used the front leg. After watching videos and reading articles I tried the base of the tail. The dog is much calmer but checking the leg a couple of times then switching to the tail the reading is lower. What would cause this? I switched to a #3 for the tail and #4 for the leg. Today readings 7/15/24 7AM, Leg 172/196. P132, 164/194 P107,166/99. P136 Tail - 115/100 P120, 135/110 P120, 144/106 P124. Thanks for any input. Paul
