Recipe:
Steamed egg white:
1) 4 egg whites
2) salt
3) 3 tbsp fresh milk
4) water (amount equal to egg whites)
Gravy
1) crab meat (or crab sticks if you do not have fresh crab meat)
2) 2 slices of ginger
3) 1 stalk spring onion
4) 2 tbsp abalone sauce
5) soy sauce
6) salt
7) 150ml water
8) 1 tsp corn starch and 1 tbsp water
9) 1/2 tbsp hua diao cooking wine
