    蛋白蒸的好嫩的翠塘豆腐,没有豆腐的翠塘豆腐,蛋白从嘴里滑进肚子里的舒服没试过就一定要试。喜欢的话记得订阅哦

    Recipe:
    Steamed egg white:
    1) 4 egg whites
    2) salt
    3) 3 tbsp fresh milk
    4) water (amount equal to egg whites)
    Gravy
    1) crab meat (or crab sticks if you do not have fresh crab meat)
    2) 2 slices of ginger
    3) 1 stalk spring onion
    4) 2 tbsp abalone sauce
    5) soy sauce
    6) salt
    7) 150ml water
    8) 1 tsp corn starch and 1 tbsp water
    9) 1/2 tbsp hua diao cooking wine
    ========================================================================
    食谱:
    蛋白:
    1)4个蛋白
    2)盐
    3)3 汤匙牛奶
    4)水 (水量和蛋白相等)
    蟹肉汁
    1)姜
    2)青葱
    3)蟹肉
    4)鲍鱼汁
    5)酱油
    6)盐
    7)150ml 水
    8)1 茶匙玉蜀黍粉 1 汤匙水 勾芡
    9)1/2 汤匙花雕酒

    I made this yesterday. It's too salty. Try to skip the salt. The egg white turned out perfect.
