As the owner of one of these, a 2009, I can tell you that you do not need to be on the Autobahn to drive it at top speed. Also, yours maxed out because it started struggling for air with the stock intake. The stock motor has a lot more in it if you let it breathe.
That's horseshit, I have the stock intake and maxed that fucker on the 120mph peg today and when I let off it took like 5 seconds for it to come down off that peg.
