I am a big fan of bass and baritones vocals so hearing him go to second octave is real nice. he can get C2 and lower in fry as well. Super good for a tenor, he also has a very rich voice for a tenor in his mid to low range.

Well that was spectacular! I've been listening lately to a girl out of Russia (Diana Ankudinova) who has a VERY deep voice. She's still a teenager and can't match Dimash BUT nevertheless she is mind blowing for a young girl! She was on a singing show and performed Elvis song "Can't Help Falling in Love" She has a very STRONG voice to put it mildly and excellent vocal control. Her RUclips channel has over 1 million subs!

@@kevinnguyen5042 sorry🥱 the way you framed your post seemed like those parts you mentioned were taken from the concerts that happened later (in the future). That's what didn't make sense to me. I had earlier responded to a post under this same reaction saying the Bastau version was a lip sync which your post could also be interpreted as suggesting the same except you cited those parts from later concerts. Were you making the same lip sync claim and if so could you enlighten me on how that happens, bc to my mind lip sync is imitating or miming over a prerecording. I know of no official recording of dIva dance that he could've used to lip sync to. I just want proof that it's true and not just someone's best guess.
@@shrekswife2164 also, I don’t get it about why some people think he needs to lip sync at his concerts? The runs and riffs of what he did in that diva dance is too hard to tune already. Also, if you listen carefully , you can still hear his breath during the performace! He never does lip sync at his concerts. I watched many fancam, many angles from videos, he is just that great. His pitch and the stamina are insane!!! I really watched that whole Bastau concert and all I can tell is his voice is very stable and consistent. Some notes here and there of some songs are higher or under pitch due to his stage presence and the endurance of performaces, but come on, his 99% of the whole show was incredible , the tones the dancing the vocal control… is crazy!

You wondered if he could hit the earlier low notes in the song which shocked me you said that because he has sung much much lower than in this performance since then. Again, you seem to not have noticed this performance was from FIVE YEARS AGO. Also if you want to hear him sing bass, check out Stranger (actually you have , so why are you surprised about his low notes here? I am confused) and also check out him singing the Kazakh national anthem in Las Vegas recently which he sang mostly in a beautiful bass (before switching to high tenor),

I really don’t like his upper belts at all. His tone there is very hard to listen too. Undoubtedly a world class vocalist though.

I remember as I kid when I was still able to hit the whistle note in "Loving you," trying to sing this song, I couldn't do it. He made it virtually effortless... (Falls to my knees in awe of his talent, as if I was Dr. Strange and he was The Ancient One). As a male who can sing, I am not worthy.

Confessa ＆ The Diva Dance was the 12. song in the competition “The Singer 2017”. Confessa" is a story of a man whose heart is broken after being betrayed by his lover, originally sung by the famous Italian singer and actor Adriano Celentan: ruclips.net/video/kKfybNLrFUA/видео.html Dimash sings the first verse in Mandarin (tribute to his audience), the 2nd in Italian (original)…
…and then the blue alien-lady song (movie: "5th Element" with Milla Jojovich and Bruce Willis) …The song that should be unsingable. In the film it is electronically edited. Many singers (male or female) have tried. Nobody sings this song as perfectly as Dimash. He is the only person in the world who sings this song flawlessly. He reaches the highs as well as the lows effortlessly and he delivers all riffs and runs and staccati accurately.
When Dimash fell on his back and lay down at the end of the song, a worried viewer called out: Get an ambulance!
In 2017 Dimash received a wildcard for the “The Singer” competition in China. He was the youngest participant ever (22 years old) and the first non-Chinese. Foreign participants were actually forbidden until then. The director ignored the ban, believing Dimash would only stay 1 or 2 episodes and then go home.
This competition is not a talent show. Only professional, award-winning singers participate. Nobody knew or heard Dimash before and he had to start first ... and after his first song "SOS" Dimash captured the hearts of over 600 million viewers overnight. The next day, bodyguards stood in front of his door.
The competition consisted of 14 rounds over 4 months. The jury consisted of 500 spectators who knew music, not just your average "Joe". They were well screened to be sure they would be able to judge the musicians fairly and competently. With up to 1 billion people watching this TV program and international interest was aroused. The performances were uploaded to RUclips ... and so we became Dimash's Dears.
The Chinese organizers planned... but Dimash came, sang and stayed ... for the next 3 years in China ... but he only finished second in the competition because he is not Chinese (conditions have changed: 2018, Jessie J. won).

Well that was spectacular! I've been listening lately to a girl out of Russia (Diana Ankudinova) who has a VERY deep voice. She's still a teenager and can't match Dimash BUT nevertheless she is mind blowing for a young girl! She was on a singing show and performed Elvis song "Can't Help Falling in Love" She has a very STRONG voice to put it mildly and excellent vocal control. Her RUclips channel has over 1 million subs!

@@kevinnguyen5042 sorry🥱 the way you framed your post seemed like those parts you mentioned were taken from the concerts that happened later (in the future). That's what didn't make sense to me. I had earlier responded to a post under this same reaction saying the Bastau version was a lip sync which your post could also be interpreted as suggesting the same except you cited those parts from later concerts. Were you making the same lip sync claim and if so could you enlighten me on how that happens, bc to my mind lip sync is imitating or miming over a prerecording. I know of no official recording of dIva dance that he could've used to lip sync to. I just want proof that it's true and not just someone's best guess.
@@shrekswife2164 also, I don’t get it about why some people think he needs to lip sync at his concerts? The runs and riffs of what he did in that diva dance is too hard to tune already. Also, if you listen carefully , you can still hear his breath during the performace! He never does lip sync at his concerts. I watched many fancam, many angles from videos, he is just that great. His pitch and the stamina are insane!!! I really watched that whole Bastau concert and all I can tell is his voice is very stable and consistent. Some notes here and there of some songs are higher or under pitch due to his stage presence and the endurance of performaces, but come on, his 99% of the whole show was incredible , the tones the dancing the vocal control… is crazy!

But there's a Yuglioh Legend here who claims otherwise but gives no evidence to prove his integrity. I don't get such people who claim to be big fans of Dimash but won't hesitate to talk smack about him and think it's okay. It makes me wonder if he'd say the same to Dimash's face. Yes he struggles with some low notes here, but it's from 2017. Especially after 2019 he improve his low notes.

You wondered if he could hit the earlier low notes in the song which shocked me you said that because he has sung much much lower than in this performance since then. Again, you seem to not have noticed this performance was from FIVE YEARS AGO. Also if you want to hear him sing bass, check out Stranger (actually you have , so why are you surprised about his low notes here? I am confused) and also check out him singing the Kazakh national anthem in Las Vegas recently which he sang mostly in a beautiful bass (before switching to high tenor),

You should react to the version, where he sings it as a duet with Li Yugang - and goes up in a CRAZY whistletone..... 🤯🤯🤯 And again, it shows how cool and respectul, he is. He leaves plenty of room for Li to show of his skill. Li is also supertalented, but with his particular sound, Dimash could easily have sung over him, but instead, they play off each other, and also let the other shine.
