@@davidamen7747 yer always fun to watch. But yes, the amount he spent on that 3 year old song he composed, its a peace song & the vocals are something else. He just keeps going up and up. Continues to enchant and surprise. There is more in his tank. I think exploring other musical styles and languages like 'Spanish & South American music would help him even more .

His choice to juxtapose these two songs was genius in my opinion. He starts in Chinese as a nod to the live audience and continues in Italian, the language of the original version. And then he gives his take on the blue alien from the 5th Element. In both, he demonstrates total commitment to each song. This "two for the price of one" performance of Dimash is among my absolute favourites!
In fact, Diva Plavalaguna, the blue alien sings both in her 5th Element performance:
- "Il dolce suono" the aria from the opera Lucia di Lamermoor by Donizetti (here called "Confessa")
- the Diva dance especially composed by Éric Serra for the movie is supposed to be humanly "unsingable", actually sung by the soprano Inva Mula whose voice had been computer edited.
Since then few sopranos have proposed their version, usually limited in the bass range.
And Dimashq came and eventually did it (1/2 tone lower than the original though)

Did you not know what Diva Dance is from? The 5th Element movie from the 90's. The Song was created by a computer and supposed to be impossible to sing, thus why a Alien sings it in the movie. The opera singer for the movie had to sing the different parts and then piece it together with editing. Flash forward 20 years and.... Dimash: "i dont need editing"

The latest music video released by Dimash is the quintessence of his art, of his talent: it is a 14 min uppercut in your heart. No words to describe such experience. We can see that in addition to his insane vocal ability, he is also an incredible actor. If you want to react to a live performance, he performed this song in the Almaty concert (Sept 2022): only fancam, we are waiting for the official video. This part of the concert was the most powerful musical experience of my entire life... This song is something else, because he uses his infinite talent to convey a message and the world must listen to him.

Powerful, heart-wrenching, thought provoking...with spectacular singing of course. But the video and story are so compelling, his voice almost (just almost) takes a back seat to them.

У Димаша нет просто без смысла песни. Все свои и каверы превращает в шедевр. Он Кароль сцены. Знает что делать и уверенный на всё что. Озорной упрямый, зажигает зрителей с появлением. Полный контроль собой и залом. Кто может ещё петь с залом новую , только испеченную песню. Не разбираюсь в нотах, октавах. С первым знакомства я увидел в нём святого посланника с выше.

The song "Confessa" is Italian in its original version by a very famous Italian singer in Italy called "Adriano Celentano" and it is a very sad song because it is about a man who is left by his woman and after having spent wonderful moments together he does not recognize her anymore in fact the refrain says "But because you are another woman, but because you are no longer you" (translated into English)
As always Dimash in addition to singing it perfectly even not being a mother tongue Italian interprets it very well because he knows what the text means.
As for "Diva Dance" it is a song that is part of the movie "The fifth element" where c, is a computer-reconstructed alien singing this area (even the vove is computer-reconstructed in fact it was said that it was impossible to sing for a human being even if many have tried) but as you know very well Prince Dimash is not human ... hehehe !!😅😅
However this one you reacted to is not the final version, in fact Dimash has done it several times and every time he changes it (It becomes more and more difficult in fact hehehe)

Another great informative reaction. However, you’ve got me somewhat bewildered due to your decision to either not react to Amira Willighagen or maybe you’ve been too busy. Either way, after at least four requests, you haven’t responded, even with a heart or a thumbs up, so I must assume your not interested. Amira has had more views ( 71 million on one video alone) than both Dimash and Angelina Jordon, so surely she warrants at least one reaction.
If you’re after stage presence, voice control,passionate performance, confidence etc.etc, Amira has it in spades.
You could try Ave Maria by Gomez at the Canisius Church at age 11, or. Sound of Music medley at age 15, or any of her live concert performances, with any one of them showing what an absolute natural she is, & whatever register she’s in, she does so effortlessly.
I would highly recommend you react to her, as I’m impressed with your reactions & would like your expert opinion.

Dimash is probably the best male vocalist . Love your reactions to him.
Another vocalist I would like you to react to is Malinda. She works with a bunch of other artists and then mixes it all together for some great cover songs. Hoist the Colors, Drunken Sailor, and The Wellerman are my favorites. In the Wellerman, she records herself singing in different tones then mixes it all together. Great performances.
