I'll add to the chorus of sentiment here: Derek is Ted's better half any day of the week... And has this guy taken care of himself or what? This song is too high for most 18 year old males much less senior citizens! Paul Rodgers is the only other guy I can compare him to (vocally - Derek is the better guitarist).
I am blown away. I just learned today, 6/8/24, that Ted Nugent did NOT do the lead vocals on Stranglehold and Hey Baby!? All these many decades I thought it was Ted doing the singing.

This is a great performance, Derek sings as good as ever. It is enhanced with Rob Grange on bass and adding backup vocals. The only downside is the video that keeps jumping around (from close-up facials, viewing the drummer when a lead is played) rather than focusing on the performers and their interaction with one another.

If you get a chance look up a recording from 74 I believe with Derek singing the Amboy Dukes tune Lady Luck. It absolutely smokes!
