    I watched and practised this a couple of years ago, watching it again this morning, still wonderful! Peaceful Hatha Yoga just as it should be practised and the sound of the waves just enhances... so much better than loads of commentary. Thank you!

    I really cant stop asking I want to learn and practice Hatha Yoga.. how do I get started any institute would you recommend I want to learn it in correct way!
