I quit using Teflon, or aluminum cookware. I use either stainless steel, cast iron or ceramic pans. And don’t use a microwave or air fryer. Parchment paper is siliconized though I do use it. Whenever I can, I place foodstuffs in glass jars not plastic.

The oatmeal muffins can have chopped pecans, coconut flakes, and Craisins in the mix. Also, try using half hemp hearts and half oatmeal. If you want to make bars rather than muffins, use just egg whites and some xanthan gum rather than whole eggs. Spread the batter in an air fryer parchment paper boat (I actually spray mine first) and BAKE (not air fry) them in a preheated air fryer at about 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Your videos always motivate me to cook and experiment. Thanks for what you do; you mentor many people who might not cook at all.
I just want to add one thing...instead of adding the eggs directly, break each one into a bowl first and THEN add it...individually. Reason: if one egg has gone bad, you won't have to throw away everything already in the blender.
Has someone tried to make the cheesy balls? I wasnt able to get the dough with the same consistency than in the video. I used greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt.
Yogurt is liquid and flour is dry. The desired consistency depends on a proportion. If the dough is too dense, add yogurt. If too thin, add flour. Add in portions and check the result.
Please, what is your air frier brand and model if I could ask. I'm trying your recipes with mine and I have to adjust a lot of settings all the time to get the similar result. Otherwise great channel.

Disagree. Divide cost of eggs by, 12 or 6. Use 2 eggs per person. Economic & convenient form of protein. Some folk say use more per person. I prefer 2 only. If you have a egg in the house, you have a meal on the house. 🎉

Once washed, don’t dry, just put the drawer back in place and turn on for 2-3 minutes and the heat will dry it for you
