When can we have one or more videos of the Titan doing the different bullets, please?

    How much dollars for titan?

So both feeds stop when one plate sees an error? The reason we break down the process, three steps for .223, is because of the error rate that affects the entire plate? These include decap sense, swage, primer feed, primer orientation, digital clutches, powder load errors, primer bullet seating, bullet feed ... haven't you just doubled that risk? I must be missing something.

      Yes but also doubled output.

@@EssentialLiberty LOL, the throughput of a machine is the result of the theoretical capacity multiplied by its error rate (unplanned downtime). The hypothesis that doubling the feeds somehow doubles the capacity is fallacious as an error on one of the feeds will stop the other, regardless of its status. And every time you have a digital clutch / torque sense (on either of the plates) - what are the downstream risks if you don't make sure the cycle completes properly on BOTH plates (primer insertion, powder fill, seating depths, crimp)?
I sense that the downtime for a pressure-related error will increase here.
You will still have to refeed the primed cases, doubling the case feed risks, and operator effort..
This is the reason that commercial producers split processing .223 into three discrete stages, so that a ringer cannot produce a high primer, a sizing jam cannot affect a powder load or incomplete crimp. (Both of which can produce a cataclysmic defect for the shooter, and you can't inspect for them)
Cost up, set up time up, operator workload up, FMEA values up, throughput slightly improved, machine needs to be returned to OEM for major service/refurbishment (for how long?) ... you decide if that's worth it.

    Machinery art. O - opportunity.
