I will first test my fasting blood sugar level, then eat the pan-fried buns, and then test my blood sugar level one hour and two hours after the meal.       可能因為我平常都低醣飲食,所以沒有胰島素阻抗(胰島素降血糖的力道比較強的意思)

    你做的這個實驗非常有意義!
    尤其是木耳…海帶苗…秋葵…芹菜…蘋果醋!這才是最有意義的…我是生酮飲食,也是糖尿病前期…尤其是剛開始不懂的時候,做了很多傷害胰臟細胞的事!
    剛開始我的空腹血糖在80-90之間,飯後2小時都能降到100以下!
    現在要生酮情況下才能…
    有幾次我吃了大量的糕點…導致我的血糖升到2百以上!
    後面我才知道只要空腹血糖超過110就會開始殺死傷害胰臟裡的細胞了!
    所以現在都在努力的嘗試3天以上的長斷食用幹細胞來修復死掉的胰臟細胞!我最長斷食10天~但是還是要很長的路要走!真後悔一開始知道糖尿病前期…就沒有重視,應該立即嚴格執行生酮飲食!

      ​@@artistry0515只有真正有需求且實踐過的人才會真懂!那些酸民不用在意…其實想要控制血糖兩點最重要就是飲食裡的蛋白質與碳水的量(我幾乎是零碳水生酮飲食,但是有時我會蛋白質吃過…蛋白質體重×0.8與1.1之間.蛋白質吃過也會升中等血糖)
      我在3-6月份之間嚴格控制蛋白質攝取加上231間接性斷食以及長斷食?我的空腹血糖控制在70_90之間!很多次都在70_80之間…胰臟只是需要處理脂肪分解的糖質新生的血糖!
      其實我就今天總體大概看了一個小時你的視頻…我就歸納出來了最適合糖尿病的飲食!

      ​@@artistry0515糖尿病最有意義的事情就是找到解決方法,不管是一型還是二型!如果不重視…後果是生不如死的後半生…因為會傷害血糖對身體的傷害太可怕了!
      即使是一型糖尿病…找到了適合的飲食方法…以及身體自我適應調解…也可以達到完美的血糖!
      只是很多人不願意思考嘗試…任期惡化下去!依賴碳水以及藥物醫生!
