My question to Victor is & it's a misconception alot of Athletes have regarding the Cheat meal, what's the best cheat meal you can have on your off day which you can benefit from the next day in the gym when you train in order to get a good pump in the muscle & does your calrioe intake needs to be normal on a cheat meal or a cheat day & can you do cardio if you feel you busted yourself with alot of junk food in your cheat meal.

Jay never made much of a deal about it, but he tore his right bicep preparing for the 2013 comeback and decided not to have surgery like he did for the left bicep tear. You can see the damage.
Jay looks amazing with the PEDs not from TRT Big Victor has I’m thinking a safe use & looks fresh & I also know Victor won in 2007 & Jay knows it! Two 50 year olds against each other would be nice but them making 100 would be nicer
Something that is not mentioned is some guys have good genetics and can take some basic Peds and without crazy doses and make excellent gains where some guys don't make near the gains as others and start uping doses and using multiple peds putting themselves at risk way beyond the guy that has good genetics that doesn't have to use as much. Blood testing is a must and taking preventative actions and what you eat.
Make sure your eating enough cals, protein, and fat, make sure your test levels are decent,I personally eat 4-5 meals minimum a day, and try to get stronger on all of your lifts, switching things up so your body doesn't get use to it,focus on big compound lifts instead of isolation movements, limit stress and alcohol/ drugs, get 8-9 hrs sleep a night if possible/ on a sleep schedule
