All I use is Monohydrate Creatine, Lean Whey Protein and BCCA's and NOX . The one thing that I see the young kids are using are those energy drinks loaded with sugar, fast track to diabetes.
I’ve used all of them and Vic is right. They have somewhat different effects. Nowadays it’s Citruline that’s in my pre- workout. This episode is classic! Informative and I’m cracking up too. 😂. BTW some pre-workouts will have u scratching your face off especially if u shave before because of beta alanine.
That's because citrulline converts to Arginine in your body and helps you produce more nitric oxide. Unfortunately, orally ingested arginine gets broken down quickly in your body, so it's not as effective. At least from personal experience, I tried to take high doses of arginine, and it didn't really do anything for me that I know of.

You can't have blood work done for vitamin D3 because it would be fucking pointless because ur body just turns vitamin D3 into usable vitamin d. I get my blood tested for my vitamin d levels, systemic vitamin D3 levels technically don't really matter at all

I took 2.5 mg yesterday. I was anxious the whole time I'd get a boner. I controlled myself. I worked out real good, high volume, dropsets and supersets and yet I didn't get any pump. Can you tell me how do you use it so I can do it better?

I come to believe that some people do really well with creatine and some a little and some not at all, I'm not sure why that is but creatine for me is the difference between night and day. The creatine pump I get looks like I'm taking roids and the weight gain and fullness I'm very happy with. I will always take creatine as I look like a different person on it. I also drink water all day long and that just may have something to do with it. There has to be some one out there that knows the answer to as why some do really well taking creatine.
I tried it way back when it first hit the market. Over the years I've tried it many times as they improved it (micronized, etc.) I've yet to notice any improvement in my workout or physique.

Even though I eat plenty of red meat I still get the benefits of taking creatine which I would of believed I would have already got enough from eating red meat. There is something going on, I know if you take a lot of caffeine creatine doesn't really have a effect so I do wonder if for some reason some people have more of a ability to release water similar to what caffeine does by either genetics or something in the diet, I really don't know or if creatine was mixed with a electrolyte adding pink salt in if that would change everything for allowing the creatine to really start to work well for those that never had creatine work well before. The original Super Pump 250 was referred to as super dump 😣 after drinking the pre you'd spend 250 seconds on the toilet 🚽 however Why even take it? The insane dry muscle pump was unmatched to anything! You'd look like a different person! If your a person who's never seen Serations in their muscles-you will after super pump 250. The super pump max I believe is basically the same product but it was after the Ephedrine ban.
It was because of the overdose of magnesium they used to put in it. Liquid laxatives usually are comprised of magnesium citrate and those clear you the fuck out for a reason. Super Dump 250 was right in line with the same formula lol.

I wouldn't use Cialis as I wouldn't also use a pre-workout product containing over 200mg of caffeine. The reason being both Cialis as well as high caffeine drinks can cause people with already heart related issues to increase the problems. As far as for myself, rather than something that can make my heart go at a faster BPM, I'd have a pastry such as a cheese danish. It's got both the sugars to get me going, as well as the carbs.

The reason being both Cialis as well as high caffeine drinks can cause people with already heart related issues to increase the problems.
