You are a happy man, driving a GT-R on Wangan :) ....my dream wich will never become true :( . I am 55 years old firefighter in Romania, i played many years Project Torque, Heat Online, and i did many nights that race, Wangan with my GT-R in game, loved to play day and night that race, with this car, this is my dream car.
I'm also from România and when this car came out I was in high-school. I never thought I'd have one but somehow I managed to get it. I hope you get to experience it in real life one day. Regarding the games, I never played those but Assetto Corsa with Shutoko Revival Project and VR is very close to real life experience.

Question: what's the speed limit on highways like this? Does it vary by prefecture? How strict are they at enforcing it? Such great drives there and fun twisty roads it'd be very tempting, especially in something like a GT-R, to go prettttty dang fast lol! Cheers!
It's the same in the whole country. Local roads usually max out at 19 to 31 mph (30 to 50 kmh), which feels slow. Highways are 31 to 62 mph (50-100kmh). Shin Tomei highway, a part of it is 70mph. I know only 22 highways where limit is 70mph (120kmh). From what I notice speed cameras flash you if you are going 140kmh+ and i see most people drove 10-20 over on highway and police does not seem to bother with that. They go after you if you are very fast. Police here are quite nice, they treat you with respect even when they give you a ticket and they never pull a gun on you. Overall they are quite relaxed and friendly.

Unfortunately there is no game that has Tokyo, but Asseto Corsa with Shutoko Revival Mod is very realistic.

The one in the mirror? It's some random stuff form Amazon called Jado Smart. Been working well for the past 4 years. Good quality for an 100$ thing.
the car has no sixth gear?
No. It's the budget version GT-R with 5 speed gearbox. They only sell it in Japan so people don't know about it.
