If she wanna stay married, she better stop looking crazy!! This is what we DO. I'm 6' 220lbs in GREAT SHAPE... but this is what we do. I'm black; I get craaazy stares!
I still could not build or find a proper profile for my tm warthog. You built a proper cockpit in the mean time. I think you'll finish building the entire plane when I'm ready to use my rudders...
Bro that is epic. How far you've gone with that build, you might as well get a projector with a massive curved canvas in front of you for maximum immersion.
Most of it is just testing and set up. Actual start up is just two switches: Main PWR switch to Main Power, and JFS Start to Start 2. Everything else is just testing that the aircraft is working and setting some systems up.
I feel so good knowing everything that you just did. Took me years of study though. I DEFINITELY want your set up. Im just broke. 46, black, and little money (but strong desire!) And in the hospital as i type. One day! Ah, one day.
Complimenti !!! Di sicuro tantissimo lavoro e sacrifici ... ottima riproduzione sembra reale .. Ottima scelta per il monitor centrale per riprodurre la parte della strumentazione analogica ( e degli mfd ).
Dear Giovanni How can will I found related materials for build it? I have program but I haven't cockpit. pls load a video which is built steps this cockpit simulator from start to finish. best regards.
Hi Kenjuri, this is my old cockpit. Now I'm building a new one, a replica. On thesr videos I show some of the updates time by time. Btw it is very difficult and time demanding to make a video during building process. What you see in my video is really handmade cockpit. For sure I buy panels, switches, boards and so on, but there are a lot of things i made by myself as frame, wiring, switch customising. I can help you if you ask for a particular part of the pit, such lights, key mapping, frame materials etc.. It's a very long trip! Regards
I don’t think I’ll ever be able to make something like this. Are you going to make something to represent the HUD since it looks like it’s just floating there right now?
Hi, since i use track ir it's not a good idea to replicate a phisicHUD. With track ir you look around by looking still in the same real direction (ahead, the monitor) and if you are not looking ahead (in the Sim) you should not see HUD simbology. Different thing if you use a giant curved screen, but dispite the bigger area available this solution still covers only a portion of visibility inside a cockpit. You can use Track IR but then you've got the same "problem".
How did you make custom switch and button boards. I'm not looking for something as amazing as this but just some extra buttons and switches To help my flying in dcs
Great pit idea. What process did you use to get the labeling lighted on the side panels. When I stop the video it looks like a printed paper black with white lettering under a plexi-glass type panel. What type of illumination did you use under it.? It looks real good, Nice work.
You are right. I used plexiglass for panel structure. Then i printed panels on adhesive papers and that's all. For lighting i used leds powered by a led extension board connected to a pokeys ( www.flightsimparts.eu/shop_ledextension.htm ).
How did you manage to get the dials to appear on the screen? Is this a custom software? Or does BMS allow you to "export" only the dials without the cockpit decals onto a screen?
I use YAME 64. Search it on BMS forum. Roccio is the creator of this fantastic software (also Focaldesign is involved in). It's very easy to setup, works perfectly and is very light ( FPS friendly).

That was startup sequence for F-16C. Not every step was necessary for it, but most of them were essential in order to run F-16
