      It's to replicate how I train at my gym. I perform worse when I straighten legs but it is better in the long-run.

      It is a light day for me. So, I will work on technique, speed, and top-positioning work. In this case, I'm experimenting and it may be better to add a band as well and not do locks.

    what do you think of implementing sprinting into street lifting program ? due to it's benefits including the explosiveness it provides, is it necessary ? or it is not worth it ? and what do you think is the best cardio/endurance should streetlifters include in their training ? Since the sport solely focuses on strength and cardio is missing

      If goal is to get better at SL, sprinting not needed.
      Echo bike, jump rope, and elliptical are all pretty good.

      Primary purpose was to reinforce full control of the weight.
