  • Polaris is the only manufacturer that offers chain and belt drive systems on their snowmobiles. If you want to change your gear ratio on either drive system, there are a lot of options that can leave you wondering what to do. We go through the Polaris chain and belt drives with explanations of factory gear ratios and aftermarket options.

Took my 2020 800 khaos 2.6 out with the Kurt's gears, clutch weights, primary spring, and helix for the first time yesterday after having bone stock. Quite a noticeable difference. Thanks for the video. Very easy to follow. Subbed.

Lol I'm just converting my Assault chain to Pro Quick drive.. Buying most of the parts used, it's really not that expensive. PITA to do, but that's fine lol.

Can I change to the QD2 gear on my 2018 pro rmk 800 163? They fit right on?

There is a small mod you have to do to put a QD2 on another axys. I have a video on it. Look in the Polaris videos section and titled polaris quick drive 2 install and review.
