Hey folks! In today’s video we’re back with a couple more Gold Stake Balatro runs. These two builds started off quite differently, but ended up looking similar by the late game antes, including the same Legendary Joker appearing in each run. Enjoy the video!
Balatro is a poker roguelike deck building game centered around creating powerful synergies and winning with big hands. In it, you can combine valid poker hands with unique Jokers in order to create varied synergies and builds. Earn enough chips to beat blinds, including challenging boss blinds, to make it to the next ante and progress your run!

Roffle has 408 hours in Balatro & has beat gold stake several times. I have 466 & have yet to beat gold stake once, & the only deck I have gold stake open to me is hex deck.

Remember that theres no interest so you can spend somewhat aggressively, especially early game. Credit card is also better than usual, and rentals dont risk putting you under interest

I’m not Roffle, but in this game, by the time Hone was offered, Constellation was already online. With Planet Merchant and Overstock also active, my take is that fishing for planets to buff Connie is probably more consistent than paying $10 on a voucher that also requires you to buy full price Standard packs in order for you to get even a chance of a benefit. On top of all that, you still only benefit from that poly card if/when you draw it, while buffing Connie buffs every single hand
