    You may know, but the best thing that you can do to help stop that falling is to increase your meat protein. The older we get the more we need. It worked for me. Glad that your foot is better and the hydro therapy worked. I love that you always start with a scripture from the Bible.

      I did the exact opposite and stopped all meat and animal products. Never been healthier and now I exercise and have better muscles and heart health. VO2 max is 50.

      My son was doing exceptionally well eating beef while on a diet.
      Months later his yearly blood panel showed his cholesterol borderline.

      @@Sara-ry4vc ... Cholesterol has gotten a bad rap. It is required for every cell of the body. You want a high HDL and low Triglycerides with a Trig/HDL ratio of 1 or less. There's a lot of up-to-date cholesterol info out there. Cholesterol is at the site of plague because it's there trying to help clear it. Dr Phillip Ovadia and Dr Ford Brewer are 2 recommendations, if interested in learning more. Have a blessed day!

    Unfortunately I’ve come to that point in my life! Loss of purpose. The past 2 years have been so painfully difficult 😞. My kids are grown now and in my mind I always said I’m “in this for the kids”! I think that’s why as well as a lot of rejection.. I’ve lost purpose.
    Now I’ve come to realize that I have tongue and mouth tissues that could be precancerous. This terrifies me because the common practice is to CUT it away. Just today I was scheduled for the surgery but got sick otw there. So I canceled. My life’s joy and ministry has been singing. There’s so much stuff out there-alternative treatments that I hear about. It’s a lonely place to be as well. For an already lonely person 😢. Prayers appreciated!!!❤

      I'm not sure where you are but volunteer work. Like visiting other lonely people or those in care facility's can really help give a sense of purpose again..😊

    I soak with sea salt, or Epson salt. I do hold on to the railing tight because I have experienced failing down the stairs many years ago. But I soak my body and soak my feet from time to time. Taking baths getting in the water is so important. Thanks for this.

    Thankyou Doctor. I am encouraged. I fell and I injured my rib cage...I rose from my fall, despite pain and inflammation inside and out. I know my Lord is with me. Mica 7. 8 ❤

    I pretend that I am ice skating or skiing when I walk ,begin slowly and as I warm up, I glide and maintain my balance.
    I count the steps and always hold the railing, go slow each time.
    Be vigilant and prevent falls if possible.
    I have and now I am alert to prevent any imbalance as I move.

    I'm sorry to hear about your accident!
    I seem to have that happen quite a bit - slip when I'm hiking (even using poles with spikes!) I haven't lost my purpose - but I seem to have lost some balance!
    I am not only walking "humbly" - but more "bumbly" as I age.😅

    I use arnica gel to reduce swelling & for bruises. It's made from daisies in the French Alps. Boron is the brand I use. Hope you feel better & thanks for sharing your experience!

    I’m enduring sciatica in both hips now, but away before this, I have used contrasting showers every a.m. and I’m ready to go. With Jesus’ blessing, of course. So sorry for you, dear doctor. Prayers 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    I swam after bruising my foot ( also missed the last step). It was so painful I can not describe. Bit after some rounds swimming I didn't feel that excruciating pain anymore, it was not swollen, it did hirt but i could bear it ä. Swam the other days and I thank God it didn't get worse.

    God bless you Dr.Marcum. I use hot water soaks to reduce pain in my knees. I may try adding the alternating cold water, if I can get up the courage to endure the cold.

    Leaky gut, heal it with L-Glutamine. Leaky gut is also a cause of inflammation.

    Photobiomodulation (red & IR) also works very well for inflammation. It's very safe and there's lots of research studies demonstrating effectiveness.

    I started to have sciatica nerve pain in my upper thigh. I wonder would this help with the inflammation. The ER doctor prescribed prednisone for inflammation for 5 days and Norco for pain. However, it was just temporary relief! I would love to try other non medicated alternatives instead!

      There are also specific exercises they are able to prescribe that will also help with your sciatica.

      ​@BiblicalPrescriptionsforLife it took about 4 days for the swelling to go all the way down. Now it's just a green and purple bruise. But it feels ALOT better. I did the hot then cold and it felt so much better afterwards.

    Hot and cold showers are equal to electroconvulsive therapy used in resetting brain in certain mental conditions like depression i heard
