Bro Matrix shad makes some that’s looks just like those glass minnows. My go to paddle tail when there feeding on those.

Southeast Louisiana here. I lived on the outer banks for 7 years and my only regret was not taking advantage of the fishing. Next trip up, I definitely will. Keep it up man. Tight lines!

Glad to hear Dularge fishery is doing well. Between the hurricanes last year and apparent overfishing, I was worried. I've heard Port Sulfer is a special place.

That DOA to you, is like a zoom super fluke jr swimmer in white ice for me.
Seems to just catch everywhere. The tail rocks the whole jighead left to right and they can't stand it with a slow steady retrieve

Salty...Stuart, When fishing with live bait, do you use a slip cork?

Only when there is deeper water 5'+, or if the bottom contour varies. I often do in the winter in some of my deep water trout spots. If the water is less than 5 feet, I just tie up under a popping cork.
