Love my Maverick. I would buy another if I needed a second ride.
Just let my Maverick 23 at the dealership for 4 recalls last days, received the recalls last month. 1 screen,2transmition, 3 brakes,4 protection front crash?? 4light. Everything works fine on Maverick, looks like a check up , nothing much.

I dont think you will be abale to use the NHTSA NIV search until they officially rrlease the recall. I just checked. I Had the BCM/turnsignal recall and that was it.

Indeed, and just because it's smaller doesn't mean it is t one. The Bronco 2 was smaller.

Let's see how fast Ford fixes the problem. These vehicles have depreciated drastically .
All used vehicles have depreciated a great deal as they were overinflated for 3 years
The recall not going to show up until after may 13
All the dealership have to have the fix and understand the fix. They start getting mail out in the middle of May it going to take some time. End result it getting fix.

I was looking 6 months ago for small or midsize pickup. With cash and no trade in I tried to look at a Maverick but here in the Midwest the Ford dealerships were so greedy it was impossible to even try to look at one. Ended up with a Nissan Frontier “love it”. So every time I hear news like this I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for saving me from this nightmare.
Nightmare about what? Recalls? Must be your first new car.. let the time pass , you’ll get your call one day or another.
I muchbprefer a company that does recalls than o e thst ignores problems. Nissan had the worse transmission in the rogue and continued on with it like nothing was wrong. The Frontier is a good truck. Congratulations. On my end I like v8 NA or v6 with turbos as I like the low end torque.
We’re relying on Chinese technology entirely too much. This stuff is going to continue to fail and these vehicles won’t last.
Ford has a real with quality problems. Their CEO has said so many times. he said they have to 1-2 billion dollars aside for warranty work per quarter . Not sure my anyone would buy one. I had deposit on Bronco wild track but decided to pass because they stopped production during my build for faulty roof.
I knew then just to pass on Ford.
Quality needs to improve but at least Ford doesn't hide it and spends the money on repairs instead of lawsuits later down the road.

@@JohnnyscarcarereviewsI agree. I would rather deal with Ford then say Hyundai/KIA. They have had recalls and I have heard that they are not honoring the 10 year warranty for most owners of their cars!
