1960 Hillman Minx - Melmerby Trade Cars

This is a 1960 Hillman Minx. A true classic. It has a 1.5 litre petrol engine with a manual gearbox.
The Hillman has covered 37,848 miles from new. It is a 4 door saloon finished in two tone green and white.
For its year in in good condition considering its 64 years old now. The underneath is solid, It starts first time and drives. It does have a few minor leaks when stood. The interior, dashboard, seats and the roof lining are all in good condition.
It been shown at many classic car shows over the years. It has the original warranty books and its service book and user guide as well as a workshop manual. It also comes with lots of receipts for work done, photos of the car in years gone, old MOT’s etc.
Being of its age the car is MOT and Tax exempt.
Although the car starts and drives, we would recommend a trailer or recovery truck for collection.

Very nice. Mines is similar, and in New Zealand often called a Humber 80 as well as Hillman Minx. Lovely example, nice and original. 👍
