Hey man, does this camera have a back button focus option? If not, why? Great video! What is the time recording limit for mark ii? I’m deciding between the mark ii and xt 200 but xt200 can only record up to 30 mins. Also, which is better for a beginner who just wants to rely on the default image output without doing any editing and offers a user friendly interface?
Get the m50 mrk 2. It has clean HDMI so you can hook up external recorders to get past the 30min limit. It also does wireless webcam and direct streaming to RUclips both without the 30min limit.
River I got a question. I had Nikon D5300 but it fell and got damaged so I ended up buying a New Cannon M50 Mark II. My question is can I attach a Nikon DX 35mm F/1.8 prime lens to this M50. I bought an adapter but didnt work. Can you give what are budget 35mm Prime lens for this camera.

Just purchased my canon m50 mkii and I love it!! Quick question though, I am based in the UK and iv bought this to record for a RUclips channel where I will be doing product reviews on airsoft guns and equipment, I’d like to film using 24fps but as I’m in the uk the PAL setting doesn’t offer that option, only NTSC! If I switch to the NTSC setting to allow me to select 24fps, will I run into any problems with filming/quality/editing/uploading etc even though I’m in a PAL region? Any advice or info greatly appreciated 😁
You probably figured this out by now, but there are plenty of converters (online and hardware) that will do the conversion for you - if you still need to do that.
can you switch from continuous to single shot easily? Say if I set the continuous to 10 shots and want to switch back how do I do that? Can I just switch to auto?
I have the mark II and i seem to be only getting 100 fps in the high frame rate and im missing the 60fps in movie rec quality. im in video manual mode. Am i missing out on something ?

Even though it takes away from the wideness of the lense does it affect resolution or does it remain true 4k in resolution? Also what exactly makes the 1080 superior to the 4k?

The information given is very direct and I don't feel like I'm wasting my time listening to some shmuck ramble aimlessly about his subjective opinions about a particular piece of gear. You like know what actual helpful information is and im soo happy I found a great camera resource as its been years since I was into photography and have been getting back into it. Make sue you set up your bracketing and also shoot in a faster drive mode. It won't work in single frame.

it remains native 4k . $k is superior to 1080 p because there is more resolution in the video file.

Buy a prime lens like one with F1.4 of F1.8
