That tight exterior shot towards the end broke me IN HALF! OMG the house on the left! 😂 Folks oohing and ahhing at the decor when there is an actual collapsed dump/fire hazard on the doorstep. 😂
Actually they did one that was a starter home and added a bathroom to the attic looking bedroom, that one was so cute and cozy. No weird stuff or furniture just lovely!
😲😲😲 Look. At. This. House. ❤ These guys are great! 🎉 Bringing this neighborhood back to it's old glory and showing how beautiful it really is. Loved the fun that all had in this episode, like the whole atmosphere of it and smiled when Keith said that cozy is the their goal. He is such an outstanding artist. Really liked all of it. When you see these wooden structures you can imagine he did this home for you. I feel like Evan and him are like brothers. Combining their massive skills for let getting on a total firework. I'm addicted 😍😍😍
so enjoy watching the channels that are committed to local work. My heart is attached a bit to your work in Detroit. I was born there and live there as a young child until the riots and the fires. Moved far far away after that. My father was master craftsman at flooring and took pride in all of that work and in the Detroit area. Love to watch your shows and bring back the area house by house and so many years later. Your energy and commitment is appreciated.
Keith and Evan grab your heart because they’re adding so much to the community and are working toward bringing Detroit back. They aren’t in to make $100s of thousands of dollars like Tarek and Christina. But I hope they will eventually because they deserve it!
I love Evan and Keith. They’re going to start doing homes In Louisiana. Like Evan I’m a little concerned about Keith’s designs sometimes but they always turn out great. I want to see more of Evan’s photography.
I cant believe they do the removations and sell the house and furniture for such an incredible price all the while paying a % to the realtor. How do they make a living and what year was this house renovated ?
There several points to this. The costs of living is lower in Detroit than other parts of the country and they get paid by HGTV to do the show. They started to film in 2019. The furniture is second hand
@GregginHOU Yep, that was eyecatching alright! Though everyone here pretends they don't notice 😄 there's a certain chance of demolition and rebuilding noise for months. It looks too far gone - structurally unsound - for the boys to consider as a project I think.
Hallelujah!!! I’m blessed and favored with $60,000 every week! Now I can afford anything and support the work of God and the church. For Your glory, LORD! HALLELUJAH!

This my absolute favorite of all the houses they’ve done. No weird colors, no funky art or furniture. Just classic design and decor. 👍🏻

K & E have done so much in such little time. The city should just give them the collapsing brick home next door to them for free.

This house looks amazing as always. What you are doing for the community is outstanding Probably one of my favorite houses.❤❤❤

The tile in this home is fantastic! This team is just more. ❤
I so love this show for so many reasons. Keep them coming. Blessings - Judith 🎭🎤
I love seeing the end product they do awesome work.
lol I love Shay! I love how when she said she did the mural the women just fell out laughing 😂😂😂
I wouldn't feel safe there, because of the collapsing house next door. What the heck.
You guys do glorious work, but a little sad to see all that lath and plaster get torn out and thrown away.
Umm, unless K&E also own the disaster next door with plans to renovate or tear down who in the heck is gonna buy this house?
It's so crazy😂 My jaw dropped! 😂
This is my absolute favorite show.
This house is so pretty inside and out. Did they buy the house next door? It needs a reno, too.

That house was GORGEOUS!
Small but luxurious to me. Great job, guys! I love to have it. ❤❤❤

K & E, you guys always nail it! Loooove those bedrooms
Floors like that weren't just in Detroit they were all over, it was the style. My Grandma had that in her house in Houston, tx.
Is the house next door giung to be taken down? Otherwise it's going to bring your price way down...
It's going to just fall down 😂
Great job! But what happened to the nice corner built ins in the dining room?
I love these guys but Keith have a great sense of humor sure makes me laugh
The house next door was practically falling apart !!!
Ignore the house next door that looks as if it's going to collapse on yours lol; and why are there never any laundry rooms?
Maybe the laundry room is in a basement?
I was hoping they would do that house next. They have a habit of doing whole blocks of houses.
Laundry is in the basement of most older modest-sized homes in Detroit like this one.
very nice, exept the outsidecolor of the house
Gorgeous
The Reno is 😊.. but why do they ‘ put so much stuff’ in the house it looks cluttered..
Burn the curtains. Definitely better than some of their earlier work.

On the outside, I'm having a hard time seeing past that wreck literally about 8 feet away.

Seen before, old video
They been recycling ♻️ videos the last week or so
What about the house next to it collapsing next door

Oh really? Tell me more! Always interested in hearing stories of successes.
This is what Melissa Jonas Richard does, she has changed my life.
After raising up to 60k trading with her, I bought a new house and car here in the US and also paid for my son’s (Oscar) surgery. Glory to God.shalom.
I know Melissa Jonas Richard, and I have also had success...
Absolutely! I have heard stories of people who started with little or no knowledge but managed to emerge victorious thanks to Melissa Jonas Richard.
I see a scammer 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
❤
you couldn't pay me to live next to that eye sore, not matter what the price.
