I love the Phil & Kirsty banter, it lightens the load of buying pressure.
Who cares which one we like it's about the punters.

Oh No, I think I’ve seen them all. I really like watching Phil and Kirsty. (Pip and Kirstles) Love the 2nd house Phil showed the ladies.

The 2nd house, for the girl, is gorgeous.

Phil and Kirstie often seem to miss to take into account that when someone wants to move to a place after retirement lots of stairs might not make it a forever home.

This show has convinced me that there are no single story houses in all of England for rerired people to retire to 😅. (I love Phil and Kirstles.)

I notice that a lot of stairways don't always have handrails. Interesting.

Flat one for the multi-generation family was very nice. The 19th century house appealed to me: it was all right inside but ravishing from the outside and so romantic in its little access path. But I personally would have leapt on flat four. It had character, was not cookie-cutter (I like an unusual layout), and was right in the middle of town near everything,

I'd have to be guaranteed to have Phil to be on that show bc he actually listens & looks for what the people want.

I don’t understand the hate for Kirstie. The boys wanted a large house in a good location and that’s what Kirstie showed them. And the first flat that Phil showed the girls was almost the opposite of what they wanted.

@@thehungrygoldfish I don't know her to hate her. I watched this show for many years and Phil is much more focused on his clients needs & wants while Kirsty lets her preferences get in the way. This episode the boys were really given only one choice out of 3 as the first option had many closed biddings and the last wasn't even up for sale! Kristy's bashing of Philip has gone from fun to just mean over the years.

@@joannahampton5979 That’s not what you said in your original comment. You only said that Phil is the only one of the two who listens to the house hunters and show them what they want. I’m just saying that Phil doesn’t always listen to his clients, even in this exact episode. All four places he showed were vastly different from one another.

Yeah because Madame Kirstie has become a DEI shill, stuck on her superiority. Look at 2002 when she first started, and note the change in her character

I disliked the two women from the first moment, both were proper morons. After they rejected the lovely cottage I could not care less where they would end up.
I was hoping the guys would be able to purchase the last house, it was truly gorgeous. Too bad the owners could not find a new house for themselves.
