We get lots and lots of questions on "Where should we stay for our Disneyland vacation?" I asked Getaway Today this same question and they sent Provost Park Pass on a whirlwind tour of 8 hotels right by Disneyland.
In this video I will show you hotels from Deluxe, Moderate and Value options. Each hotel is awesome and has their own unique features.
Thank you so much for watching . Please like this video and consider subscribing for more fun content.

What an awesome video! I took SO many notes and have bookmarked each hotel for our future trips. I tend to have travel/hotel anxiety, sleeping in a new place is really difficult for me, but being able to see the rooms ahead of time is really easing my mind. Thank you so much!
This was really educational and very interesting Chris, thanks so much for doing this! It's great to know about these other hotels around Disneyland and I hope to stay at one of these PPP recommended hotels in the future. When I visited Disneyland this week, I stayed at The Castle Inn & Suites and it was a great hotel. It had a microwave and a refrigerator in it and the beds were really comfortable and nice. Thank you for helping me plan a great time with this video! You're the best and I plan to use Get Away Today for my future Disneyland visit!
These Hotels are fantastic in helping with my “Inn-Dependence!” 😃
What an Inn-credible joke 🙃
I love love love love love this guy's energy! He makes these videos so much fun to watch. Thank you so much for doing these videos.
You're the perfect person to do these tours. Super informative and fun. Really well done, Chris and co! 😀
Thank you. 💚💙
Chris thank you for taking your time and effort to show all of us so.many hotels. I appreciate it.
Great info! Thank you! We saw you filming at the Element in Anaheim but didn't want to interrupt you. It was a really great hotel by the way, so we were glad to see that it made your video. Thanks for all that you do and for your positive and cheerful outlook!!
Just watched this! Thanks for the review! We loved staying at Desert Palms this past March! And yes!... through Get Away!
Keep up the awesome work!
Thank you Chris, this video has really helped myself and my wife plan our trip from the uk back to Disney for 2023, hopefully can meet you, we both love your videos for the passion, knowledge you put into them.
Fantastic tour, and lots of great options. I love having a kitchen, or kitchenette, in the room. So convenient! Lots of nice, affordable hotels to stay at, if you don't want to stay at a park resort. Thanks!
Thanks for showing them. Your videos open up so many new options.
Thank you! Wonderful overview of the great places to stay! Cheers!
This video is so much fun. Imagine my delight when you featured the Desert Palms, our favorite hotel! We’ve stayed there many times and they are great. They will upgrade your room if you ask (and it’s available, of course). Great breakfast, we love to sit outside. You can watch the fireworks from your room’s balcony! This year we booked through Get Away Today, we’ll be there in two weeks. Excitement!
Thank you for the video! We are headed in march…checking in to that shuttle! Really great hotel options!
10/10 episode, super helpful you showed 6 of the hotels I have been curious to see. Thank you Thank you, do more like this!!
Thanks for this great and informative “little” video! It’s been several years since we’ve been able to go to Disneyland and I had no idea where to stay on our next trip. Now I have several cool places to choose from!
So excited to see the Marriott Themepark entrance on your list! We just booked a trip for June and were really impressed with their amenities online and the fact the water park is included with the rate. Not only that but it was much cheaper (for our larger group). Loved the video!
Watched this several time as I didn’t write things down. Making my list and checking it twice. Thanks for the information
This was truly one of the BEST videos you have ever done. SO helpful and informative. THANK YOU PROVOST
Your videos are awesome. Planning my first Disneyland trip with my daughter. I have never been so your videos have really helped me plan . Great job 😊
Looking at going next year with the family and I love ❤️ videos like this to help me plan the best vacation without all the worry about picking the best place to stay.
What a great "little" tour! 😂. Seriously, love your vlogs, Chris! Thanks for all you do.
Great video! Really helped us on our trip next Jan!
Thank you for this review. I chose one of those hotels recently for a future visit that's in the making.
Great video. We were already thinking about Desert Palms & Suites for our trip next year, so it was great to see. ❤️
Had the most terrifying ride from LAX to Anaheim ever with Karmel. Driver was crazy, speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, driving one hand and checking his phone. Very stressful start to our Disney vacation.😬😬
Thank you for doing this video! It is very helpful!
We stayed at the Fairfield Inn and the room was really nice. The walk to or from Disneyland was minimal. Glad to see this hotel included in this video.
Great video. Thanks for walking so much to get us this info!
Great job Chris.
You brought a “little” joy to our day.
This video was not only informative but it was also one of the funnest videos I've seen in awhile!! More like this, please!! 😁
Another Great Video; so neat to see all the different Hotels showcased.
Fantastic Video! Only thing I would like added would be walking time to the entrance to Disneyland!
OMGOSH! Chris! This was epic! We like to stay the night sometimes (live in the high desert) and it’s so nice to see the rooms BEFORE going! Fantastic! I have the same weird thing about the shower curtain too! lol
Anyway-thanks for this one!!!
Chris, you are a natural and entertaining! Thanks so much for sharing! It was not “little” but BIG Awesomeness! ;). “Little humor”! Haha
Some of these videos end up being a little bit hit or miss for me but I love that it’s always something new and I’m not getting bored with it
Great job on the hotel tours! Love your energy! You make looking at hotels fun! Thank you! :-)
Aww, little to late for me 😭 we where at Disney last week. I will keep it in mind for our next trip. Thank You for awesome videos. Whaaaaaaat!!! 😁
Awesome video! Loved the info and the tour!
LOL! So many "littles"! Thanks so much for this video, I definitely learned a few things.
Thank you for this, I stayed in an element up here in the Silicon Valley and the room, breakfast, price, and amenities were all pretty amazing. Definitely somewhere I’d consider for my next Disney trip.
Great hotel information. This will help with my next stay. Always looking to stay at a different hotel.
This is a fantastic video. So informative. Well done! Most people that are not from Anaheim have no idea these hotels exist, it’s wonderful you were able to show each hotel and all their amenities.
Thank you. Glad you liked it.
This was such an awesome and informative video-thank you so much! Have stayed at Fairfield & Anaheim Marriott- both very nice! Got a call from the Anaheim Marriott when we were on the Little Mermaid ride one evening years ago advising us there was a fire in the room above ours. Had to change rooms when we got back to the hotel @ 1am 🥱 Thankfully no one hurt 🙏🏻
Thank you for this! We are always looking for great hotel choices in the area...You've opened our eyes to some very nice options! Happy holidays, and YES! Go PADRES. (8:39)... :-)
Great review! Love the energy
Perfect timing! I will be looking for one this upcoming Saturday! This has been helpful for the best experience I can possibly get for my wallet.
This was a great review! Putting 8 hotels into one video instead of searching for each separately is a great idea
Thank you! I was just thinking about what hotels ppl recommended when they go to Disney!!(:
Chris love your videos love your enthusiasm especially I am a fan of your passion... I have a simple question... How many of those hotels have complimentary shuttle service to and from the park .. thank you for taking your time for reading this
Great video! Super glad I found your channel. I binge watch these things!
Courtyard Marriott
Great water park, Starbucks in lobby + healthy breakfast options, 2 different showers in separate bathroom divisions so you can start or end the day faster, bunk beds safety bar is actually high enough to keep kids safe, AND it’s across the street so it’s super convenient to take mid day naps. Small complaints - no freezer in room, and no Disney channel, but u can login to your Netflix account.
So glad you found us. 💙💚
Hi Chris, loving your videos. Really informative and fun video on the best hotels around Disneyland. Hence, like to ask for your opinions and insights. I'll be traveling with my family to Disneyland this coming June and am choosing between staying at Fairfield Inn Anaheim by Marriott or The Anaheim Hotel. Which one will be a better choice in terms of distance to Disneyland and quality of stay. Thank you so much for your time. 😁
Desert Palms is one of our favorites! They are always very accommodating and the rooms are great.
Thank you so much!! We used this link to get a GREAT hotel price, we are saving over $700 on our Disneyland vacation in April. Love it!
Thanks for mentioning Karmel shuttles! I’ve just booked them for when I arrive from Australia in 2 months! I’ve always used Super Shuttle who no longer operate! 👍🏻💗🇦🇺
Thanks, Alyssa, for providing the "little" count. Saves me time from rewatching and counting them up myself. 🤣
I already see my favorite hotel!!!! Great Channel!!
We loved the Fairfield Inn when we stayed there last time. Super awesome place.
Super helpful. I think you have found your calling.
Great "little" video! Sorry, I had to...88 is my favorite number. Good job, Editor Alyssa! I've stayed at a dozen hotels near Disneyland, but never at any of these, so thanks for the info. I saw a few that I plan on trying.
This great! We usually stay at Paradise Pier, so good to see other good options!! Go Padres!! (yeah, from SD, we have a great team ;))
Awesome! Excellent! And thank you !
I really enjoyed all of this information but I was really missing their distance to the parks. That’s kind of the most important part! 🙂
Awesome vid thx, just booked at the Element!!!! AND subscribed to your channel
Yay!! Welcome. 💚💙
We just finished our kids birthday weekend at Disneyland! We stayed at The Westin Anaheim Resort. Bit pricey but the balcony view to California Adventures was amazing! This video would had been perfect when making my reservations =)
Am I planning on going to Disneyland anytime soon? Nope. Did I watch this juat because it's ProvostParkPass? HECK YES!
Yes! Such fun videos, and I'm not going anywhere either, but if I do... bunk beds!
Doesn't get any better than this. Thanks
You are awesome Chris, THANK YOU for this. Little while ago I stayed at Desert Palms, way nice. But for each hotel you should have posted distance to Disney. So we all know. Some for us, that's a big selling point, how close it is to Disney. Thank you.
Anywhere on S Harbor Blvd between Ball and Katella is the most popular motels and easily walkable. Katella and Ball ST motels are much cheaper, but be prepared to walk. Anything beyond that you may want to use a shuttle, especially with little kids.
Thanks, helpful! We live too far to go there without staying in a hotel and would like be close than we were last time so we can walk.
Thank you for another insightful and helpful video! First comment!
Love the video, could i just check what date this was, we are looking to go in December this year and hoping the water parks arent too cold for the kids to use 🤩🤩
I just did some research on walking distance (and google rating) but sorry no info on parking fee :
1) Element 18minutes(0.9mile), google rating 4.4
2) Suncoast Park 16min.(0.8mi.), 4.2
3) Cambria 21min.(1mi.), 4.0
4) Courtyard 10min.(0.5mi.), 4.7
5) Fairfield Inn 9min.(0.5mi.), 4.3
Great video Chris. A place to stay is a key aspect when visiting Disneyland and you showed some really great options. Go baseball, go Giants ! ⚾️
Ummmmm your auto correct changed “Padres” to giants. You might wanna get that checked
🤣 good one. Go PPP!
Great overview!
I love how happy having soap in the bathroom and the shower makes Chris 🤣👍🏼🛁🧼
Saved alot of money thanks for recommending getaway today
So happy to hear 💚💙
Love this tour! The only thing that was missing was distance to Disneyland for each hotel. Is it walking distance? Are there other transportation options? If I have a car, is there an additional parking fee? (Chris gave some of these details for some hotels, but not for others.)
If you’re on S Harbor Blvd, you’ll be on the main drag. If you go on Katella it’s not too bad, although after walking in the park all day it felt super far, even though it’s just two lights down. If you choose S Harbor Blvd and your stay is between Ball and Disney Way you should be able to walk it fine. Towards Katella you’ll be tired but it’s doable if your kids are older. Past that many motels have shuttles. If you choose to drive expect to pay $20 a night in any motel for their parking.
Yes walking distance and parking fees would be awesome. We have been toying with visiting Disneyland and this would be super helpful. We would be flying and renting a car.

Yes!
@@ishady27 you're doing god's work out here
Take a drink every time he says "little." 😜 Great video!
We stayed at the Dessert Palms & Suites and loved it
Iv stayed at that Fairfield before super nice hotel the beds were so comfortable and over all super nice would recommend it
I just stayed at the Element this week. Super nice place.
Great video Chris! What do you call a potato in a hotel? A suite potato! I Love puns! You are the Pun~King!
Great video !!!
Hi Chris!! I’ve been binging your videos since my family and I are planning on going to Disney in February! When looking for Hotel Lulu on Getaway Today, I couldn’t find them as an option! Their PPP discounts sound amazing and I love the look of the hotel! Any idea why they wouldn’t be featured? Orrr maybe we just call to book?
This is super helpful for out of towners like me.
Tropicana is my go to, but stayed at Anaheim Desert Inn, Grand Legacy, Best Westerns (several of those), etc. It’s literally on the intersection directly across from the park. anywhere on South Harbor Blvd is on the main gate side of the park. Katella is perpendicular to that, but it’s a walk. If you want cheap, go on Ball St. it’s quiet and cheap but it’s behind the parks. S Harbor Blvd is the best if you want to be close, but it’s crowded and you’ll be paying for the close proximity to the park.
Thanks for making this video!! I have multiple sclerosis and can’t walk. I use a scooter similar to the one Andrew uses in some of your videos. I require an accessible room with a roll in shower and I’d love it if you’d do a video for those of us with access requirements🙏🏼
Great video, but I think it needed more on where they are located from the park, (aside from Fairfield which is one of, if not the most expensive along that strip) just to give people an idea the distance to walk to the parks and if they offer a shuttle. Especially for international travellers who may not rely on a car to get around.
Thank you, Chris! I will be watching this on loop for the next week until my hopeful time slot opens on the disneyland park ticket calendar. Given me a lot to think about and I will probably let you know my final decision once the room is booked!
PS
Pineapple
ALWAYS
goes on pizza.
PS you are awesome. 💚💙
Fun Fact: Anaheim Marriott Convention Center, when we went to Disneyland New Years 1999/2000, each had this paper in each room could fill out about your stay there. Likes-dislikes-what came for-etc and they put into a time capsule to be opened 2999/3000. Someone in that year gonna read about my stay. 🤩
Hey! We stayed at the Anaheim Hotel too! We also missed you guys on Halloween since we were there for the Bash as well.
I liked that Hotel too.
My favorite hotel / motels are near the park , one is Clarion near Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles ! Convention Way , thier staff is so amazing .free breakfast 🍳 just a short walk or Art ride. Guarded parking .
Then my other is Motel 6 main gate . If you just going to sleep there it's the best !
Great suggestions
BUT
be warned on the Courtyard and Fairfield in the late spring summer those two hotels are high school group heavy. LOTS of groups of high schoolers.
My family just got back from a trip to Disney and we stayed at the Radisson Blu. It was absolutely lovely! Definitely on the higher end (but we got a great deal via getawaytoday). It looks a bit like the Element--it's quite new, the rooms are modern and light with high ceilings and large windows, and we had a room with two queens and a bunk bed. They have a rooftop pool for adults as well as a regular pool and splash pad.
It's a good neighbor hotel and only a few miles from Disney, but no free shuttle right now. Parking also costs $25/day (although we got a $10/day discount with the booking). All in all though, if you're looking for a nice hotel that's good for families, I'd definitely recommend the Radisson!
We loved the Desert Palms when we stayed there 8 years ago.
thank you so much!!!
Chris thanks for sharing can you do more of the hotel with in walking distance less then 10 minutes
Stick to S Harbor Blvd between the intersections of Ball St. (north) and Katella (south). Anything beyond those intersections is a bit of a trek. I go monthly with no car.
Nice video full of all the little details. He he .
I really can't afford to go on vacation, but I've been thinking about how fun it would be to just rent a Hotel for a couple of days & relax. You have given me a lot of different options to checkout, thanks, Jeff!!! 🌼
the Camelot inn and suites is a very nice hotel as well
Would love to know what hotels include a park shuttle. I know the Majestic Garden Inn, but any others? The breakfasts are also appealing.
