Also if you flash your ecu for any codes or what not, your car is gonna re learn the tune its on, your first few drives will show high numbers of knock and will go down over time as you drive, for me my first drive was -7 then -5 then -2 and uts back down to -1, so dont that that scare you, the only time these numbers should really scare you would be if your DAM drops thats the only time you should worry
For anyone commenting on this video with questions, if your running an OTS tune your gonna see feedback knock and fine knock learn, because those tunes are so broad, if you would like to see them go away get a pro tune and they will disappear
As long as it’s not doing it like every time you do a pull I think you’re good. It probably wouldn’t hurt to hit up an etuner like Eric at torqued performance tho. He could have your car perfectly tuned for $200
Could bad gas actually give you feedback knock learn, knock feedback and to make it worse dam is 0.750 but I don’t really get any feed back learn or knock feedback when off boost?

thanks for the explanation bro. definitely have a better understanding now
Your welcome!
My fine knock usually goes to -5.4 (this is every week) just this week it went to -6.3 should I be worried?

My 04 STi has been showing -5.4 Fine Knock Learn but for short times. How worried should I be? Feedback knock stays at 0
If it’s just random then you’re probably fine. If it does it consistently like every time you do a pull the. I would have a tuner look at it.
I'm not getting any feedback knock but I pretty consistently get fine knock learn. Any ideas? Car is built running on e85.
I would have a tuner check out your tune. Seems like it could need tweaked

I would say it’s more than just bad gas but I would ask a tuner. I would email torqued performance if you don’t have a tuner
On the stage 1 93 octane can I run 91 with that if I can’t find 93?
I would try to avoid it. On your access port you should have a tune you can switch to for 91
