  • The human condition can be characterised by an endless pursuit of satisfaction which is in direct conflict with an ongoing experience of discontent. Navigating these contradictory forces causes a tension in the life of every human being which quite often results in suffering. While we may know at a conscious level what we want, how we think, speak and behave might fail us in being able to find fulfilment. In addition, the things we say and do while they might bring moments of pleasure, may be more effective in causing pain and upset. All of this can leave us feeling very disconnected from our sense of self. We are left asking - Who am I?
