As someone who snagged an Asus ROG Swift PG27UQ back in late April 2020 (those work from home tax write offs) BF1 has some of the most amazing HDR I've seen. There were a few missions that with only a 1000nit peek brightness, my room looked like it was daytime while playing at 1am. It can be quite surreal. Cyberpunk 2077 was amazing with my eyes sometimes squinting when a large, beautiful neon sign comes into view. Love the content, keep it up!

as far as I noticed when watching Cyberpunk 77 driving through scenery videos in HDR, I can clearly say it is the best HDR game with more realistic HDR implementation due to muting the hud so it looks like it faded away, cars glow with its lamps, leds and more. The buildings with advertising, Japan Town, shop windows all are bright to catch the players attention. It is just great. Some games seem to try to use HDR more in an artistic way or fake comic style, where they do not get it right. I prefer HDR to be used in a realistic way of colouring and lighting and only deviate from it in the bounds for the vision of the game in SDR (dont reinvent the wheel what I meant to say)
OLED is budget technology. You will never get a true HDR experience with an OLED panel, because it lacks the peak brightness. Not to mention that the terrible pixel density of that 48 inch TV and the burn-in issues make that OLED unsuitable for use as a PC monitor.
@@chiefjudge8456 I already have the CX48. You're right that it doesn't have the peak brightness that allows for great specular highlights. But frankly, neither do 1000+nit TVs. The CX48 is quite popular among gamers- and many folks on reddit have outlined how to manage the large size.
