Earl's mom complimenting him

This was a discussion between Thebe Kgositsile(aka Earl Sweatshirt) and his mother Professor Cheryl Harris held at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles California. The topics discussed were random really, from earls new album, his mom getting social media, and life in general.
cheryl: he’s an incredible comedian, no really, if he wasn’t doing this, he could be doing that and one of the things that Parker and I remember from when he was young, we were talking about this the other day, is that he would grab onto whatever tape, or cd or whatever he could find, any topic, and just dig into it. I’m talking about from the time he was six or seven, and he would be grabbing stuff like Richard Pryor cringing noises you know which is my guy he’s a genius but, seven? more cringing noises little bit young. So the only solution because he was just driven, he would not stop, was to watch it with him, right, that was the only way. And then he had a buddy and they got into monty python, that was a real period, uhm…
Earl: * remembering
Cheryl: you knew it had to happen
Earl: I forgot about that.
Cheryl: But I said all that to say that maybe one day earls new album…
Earl: what are you out here spilling the beans man just plug the mixtape. Plug the tape.
Cheryl: alright, so... we…
