    This is fab Jane, I think you will have had a stronger core than most, because you are on your feet alot. That's something I've found since giving up work, I used to stand and walk in my coffee shop 6 days a week. I must get into a routine too. Thanks for the inspiration ❤❤❤❤❤

    For some strange reason I stopped doing yoga during covid, not that I was that good at doing it regularly, but you're right we need to keep it moving. Yoga with Adriene is the one I used to follow then too. Must get back to it, thanks for the inspiration

      I’ve been in and out of yoga since I was 18 and you know I don’t think it’s a case of being good at it.. sometimes just the breathing exercises are enough - and we’re all good at breathing right? 😂 Go for it Amanda.. old age creeps up on you without you noticing.. especially here when you’re so busy with projects etc 👍
