I have a question? My muscles are disappearing and my skin is getting very wrinkled, what am I doing wrong? I was thinking about taking some carbohydrates.
The easiest fix for most carnivore issues (I've found) is to make sure you're getting enough salt and make sure you're getting enough fat. You probably should look into your specific issues more, but that can help to start with. As far as muscles, I have a hypothesis. Real quick--were you particularly muscular before you started carnivore?
@@MayBlake_Channelfor the skin you have to water/dry fast for autophagy, you will recycle the protein from the skin and look younger and without loose skin. For the muscle you need a lot of amino acids, you probably didn't have enough, you need to supplement them
I'm very slim and have lost a bit of fat, but gained muscle, 0.6kg in the last 2 months. I lift quite a bit of weight in my work. Maybe do the plank holding exercise a few minutes a day to start building muscle, then as your strength increases add something else you fancy. Dr Shaun Omar recommends sprinting. Even thinking about exercise and muscle gain increases muscles. If you had a lot of carbs in your diet previously, then muscle would of been made of fat, so this could be the weight loss. People I know who've been carnivor for a while reckon that your body balances out and rebuilds over time. Do you/can you eat eggs? These are good.
Agreed. If the female carnivore docs were flexing in bikinis they'd take a lot of flak. Ted Naiman does it too (and others) - these guys have so much valuable stuff to say about a wide range of topics that are far more important to most people than a 6-pack.

Gotta do what you gotta do 🤣
I have a question? My muscles are disappearing and my skin is getting very wrinkled, what am I doing wrong? I was thinking about taking some carbohydrates.
The easiest fix for most carnivore issues (I've found) is to make sure you're getting enough salt and make sure you're getting enough fat. You probably should look into your specific issues more, but that can help to start with.
As far as muscles, I have a hypothesis. Real quick--were you particularly muscular before you started carnivore?
@@MayBlake_Channel I am slim and did not have much muscle, now I hardly have any, how much salt should I consume?
How long have you been carnivore? What and how much do you eat in a typical day? What chronic health conditions do you have? How old are you?
America is a joke lad.
The topless pic just a turn-off for me…. Detracts from the seriousness of the discussion.
Ghey
Thanks for your feedback!
Agreed. If the female carnivore docs were flexing in bikinis they'd take a lot of flak. Ted Naiman does it too (and others) - these guys have so much valuable stuff to say about a wide range of topics that are far more important to most people than a 6-pack.
It’s not a turn off for me.
@@Poecilia1963thanks for your feedback! The thing is, you guys are in the minority of people who don’t want to see Chaffee with his shirt off. 😂
This video will reach at least twice the amount of people with him shirtless. If we don’t get people’s attention then we can’t help them 🤷🏻♂️
