I healed my Rheumatoid arthritis on carnivore with eggs, butter and ocassional cheese no problems! Got off biologic meds and been pain and flare free for over a year now!
I was once tested and said to be sensitive to eggs, both the whites and the yolks and also duck eggs. I discovered that by moving to pasture-raised eggs, I do great! Especially since finding a local farm source where they pasture the chickens unless it's Winter, at which time they feed non-GMO, non-grain, dried bugs and grass feed. The farmer has these same food sensitivities so they're extra careful... and therefore I'm extra lucky to have found them!! ❤🥚 ❤

I hope it keeps improving as the months and years go on! Thank you and Dr. Berry, for all the help for my family and my health improvement!
That's for the update! We went carnivore as a family, my husband, myself and five kids, and several of us have adhd and wondered how long it took others to see results. I'm five months in and have noticed some things getting better but not all. Although my son who is three months in is definitely calmer. 😊😊

Fresh eggs daily from my free roaming chickens and the difference in color alone is noticeable, as well as, flavor. Plus chickens are relaxing to watch forage in the yard....watchin' (CV) ChickenVision is the best channel....

I was just advocating pasture-raised eggs with someone at work today who I just found out started their return to meat-heavy keto 2 days ago, from a 1+ year hiatus. He previously lost 60 lbs on keto. This comes at a perfect time. I mentioned Dr. Chaffee to him, along with my Carnivore WOE.

Karen Catlin, I had two teeth that had root canals that had gone bad. I had them pulled and my white blood cell count went to normal for the first time in years and full body inflammation is going down. I believe that having the teeth removed was a direct corolation to my overall inflammation. Good luck too you.
No one should ever get a root canal. And there is a movie on RUclips I believe called root cause. I suggest everybody watch it because root canals are dangerous.😢
Agree. Had a jaw infection and the root canal tooth removed as it felt infected. It was only the odd pain here and there, barely noticeable, which is the killer here. I still have a nasal infection that I am seeing a doctor for. At all costs avoid root canals and posts etc., as people have actually died from brain infections that are barely noticeable and can be missed by doctors.
@@tallcedars2310 That’s both interesting and frightening to hear. I’ve had 2 root canals one directly above the other. Many years ago but they are playing up and causing me concern. Not really painful though. They are both major molars though which is why I’m procrastinating about doing something about it. Cost for me is an issue too. I have also had sinus issues for ages, not sure now if it’s related or not.
@@vitalishus Sorry to hear you might be having issues with root canals. Have you mentioned the irritation to your dentist, what was said about it. I googled sinus infection. It stated to see a doctor if the infection goes on for more than 10 days, it's been 5 years for me... It's better to get rid of the infection than being without molars, I'm sure you understand this. As user's original comment states, if your white blood cell count is high, it might be those teeth. If it is an infection, a heavy dose of antibiotics is prescribed to kill the bacteria, a standard procedure. Even now, 3 years after the removal of the root canal, my jaw has the odd ache. I suspect it's the lingering infection only due to my sinus symptoms, so I'm seeing my doctor in April. Please have your sinus checked and a doctor visit also. My dentist left it up to me to decide if I should have the operation. After removal of the small portion of jaw, about the size of 2 peppercorns, he said I made a good call to go ahead with the surgery(in the dentist chair), as infection can sometimes be difficult to detect in an x-ray. Take care and blessings vitalishus❤ As an aside, if money is an issue for anyone, some dentists have monthly payment plans to take advantage of.
When any teeth require removal the ligature around the root must also be removed. Otherwise a cavitate or cavitation, a hole in the jaw, will form because the area cannot properly heal. The ligature keeps the tooth from growing into the jawbone so it can be more easily removed if need be . However, if when it isn’t removed, lots of toxic material can build up and create problems in the jaw as well as in the meridian pathways and organs it is aligned with. NEVER get a root canal! Super toxic issues will arise. Not wise to keep a dead object in your body! Lots of info on this subject.
About tooth pain I had a temporary increase in gum sensitivity but now 2weeks later gums are better than ever 60 year old 3 months carnivore benefits beyond all expectations ❤
I just started buying 5 lb bags of trimmed fat from the butcher. Fat that is trim from butchering sides of beef. I cook it up with the lean beef i purchase. $2.00 per lbs. Fat consumption solved.
Try airfrying 2" pieces of fat trimmings for a treat - meaning a snack or as a side to a meal. I airfry 350° for 5 min, flip 5 min more or til golden brown.Salt & enjoy😊
My local health food store just started carrying truly pasture raised eggs. They get no processed feed at all. They are 7.00 a dozen and well worth the price. The egg yolk is actually orange compared to the other eggs that I use to buy which are yellow.
The color of the eggs has less to do with nutrition content and everything to do with the chicken type. However, you are right that eggs from pasture-raised chickens are far more nutritious than eggs from corn-fed chickens.
@@alexr6114 thank you for your reply. I did not know that. Do you know what chickens would be more likely to lay orange eggs? I have friends that have pasture raised chickens but they also give them processed feed so I stopped buying them....but they are $3 cheaper. I'm more worried about the bad omega 6's from the seed oils in the feed. What are your thoughts?
Autism: headaches can be caused by histamine intolerance. Getting low histamine meat, eating out of the freezer instead of eating leftovers. Take vegetables out and include a liver supplement for vitamin C which can mitigate histamine intolerance.
I can safely say I had not eaten eggs until I got some from a local farm where the lil feathered raptors got to run around and terrorize grasshoppers and june bugs. On the farm they also follow cattle somewhat and snag critters around dried patties. Chickens around the house will be in the leaves all day scratching lookin for a worm or other snack. The color was a deep orange and the taste even in the whites was amazing. They were a big part of my healing and I even got tingles from the rush of nutrients just like I did when I was low iron and took a supplement for the first time years before.
Egg info about folate solves my problem. Folate is necessary for red blood re-building after chemo infusions. I already eat 4-6 eggs daily but instead of replacing all regular eggs with pasture raised, I can just replace one 🥚🥚🥚🥚🐔.
I have chickens, they wander around in a small fenced off part of my garden, but I also breed superworms for them, which are like mealworms, but bigger, sprout and ferment grain for them and they also get high quality meat based dog food daily. It's obvious that they are supposed to eat meat (bugs) because it's the meat based food that they go for first. I used to buy pasture eggs, but they are so expensive. It costs a fair amount to get set up for chickens, but then it's like getting almost free eggs.
Maybe tell them you’d like to do it for the health benefit, and offer them a half dozen or a dozen eggs every so often? It’s so worth it. I live in suburbia and love my chooky-girls and their eggs. We are allowed to keep max 6 chickens but no rooster which suit me fine. All the best 😊
@@life_is_the_proof_of_god Oh, sorry…I’m on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. Back home in New Zealand we could also have a limited number of chickens in suburbia. When we lived in Storrington, West Sussex in the UK, our neighbours had chickens, but that was 20 years ago. Bylaws may have changed…
@@life_is_the_proof_of_god Where do you live? Here in my district on the west coast of Australia, apparently I was supposed to get permission from neighbours, draw up plans for my coop, submit all this to the council and pay a fee, and wait for approval. But everyone I knew who had chickens just went ahead and got them with no problems at all. I got notified of this requirement because I accidentally got a rooster and someone complained, so I was given a list of all the regulations. I got rid of the rooster and ignored everything else and they left me alone. I doubt they have the time or energy to be chasing after backyard chickens, unless someone complains about something. Don't locate them close to your neighbour's windows. Don't ask, don't tell and worry about problems if and when they happen.
@Dr. Chaffee re: Morgellons ~ My understanding is that one can have lyme without having morgellons, but cannot have morgellons without having lyme. Most doctors deny it's even an issue, 'it's all in one's head'. Trust me it isn't. The medical profession even shuns their own if they're unfortunate enough to come down with the affliction.
I'm eating a dozen raw, free-range, pasture raised eggs a day while working out heavy at the gym and am seeing huge results after only 4 weeks. Hey Doc Anthony, I just want to say thank you for convincing me to up my fat intake for normalizing my bowel movements (I dropped a superchat question the other day). I slowly increased my fat intake and now I do not produce rabbit pellets anymore. Now I always keep browned butter bites in my freezer and munch on those during the day.
@@here_for_the oh, I‘m sorry, I just found your question today! To the guy with gull stones. My uncle is a dr. In England and he said they haventvremoved a gull bladder in over 60 years there, said eat apples with meals for i week. Then buy pink grapefruit , squeeze out juice and place in jar with lid. Then add 1 full cup of olive oil and shake very well andcdrink down without stopping. Lay down o. Left side until morning. You will pass all stones. May want to doit a second night to make shure you passed them all. You will have no discomfort with this. And nothing out of the ordinaty. Stones of all colors float so you can see them. But olive oil desolves them to soften them to the consistency of bloodclots. Easy peasy. Ive done this and my girlfriend did this and no ill effects of any kind at all.
@@missmory8888 you eat anything you want but add an apple . The apples condition the stones. Thi is a very easy NO pain.no rushing dhiarea, no stomach 0ain of any kind. The second time I did it we didn't eat any apples at all.we just did the olive oil and the pink grapefruit. Make shure your olive oil is all olive oil and that it's green color not yellow because yellow is not pure
A friend of mine did this with olive oil and lemon juice. She had before and after ultrasounds; first one stretched with stones. The second one completely empty gallblay. She even posted pictures of the larger stones in the toilet. 😅
As a young person, I never smoked weed. In my 30s, my doctor recommended it vs. prescription drugs for my PTSD. It's helped with sleep, appetite and sometimes pain. Now that I'm carnivore, I was thinking maybe I don't need it anymore. It doesn't make me 'high', just normal. Thank you for the push, Dr. Chaffee!
Root canal fillings have long term health effects. As the nerve is removed during this procedure, any anaerobic bacterial development goes unchecked. The result can be infection which travels into the bloodstream, often causing diseases or illness in organs that lie on the meridian of the tooth. However, in the case you mentioned, it could be the affect of the dental procedure and aso the anaesthetic
So, I am just speaking on my personal experience on varicocele. To be honest, I don't know if I officially have it because I never went and got diagnosed. I never had any pain, so I didn't bother, but for a few years, I noticed my vein on the left side of my scrotum has significantly got thicker. I would say 50-60% thicker than the opposite side. Last year, I started the carnivore diet for and I believe it was few months into the diet I noticed the vein has got back to normal. It wasn't something I was monitoring purposely. So I didn't know when exactly the diet reversed the symptoms. But all I can say is the vein seems to be normal size now matching the other size. I am 15 months on this diet now, and I love it. Additionally, unrelated to the diet, a separate issue. I have recently started taking iodine and noticed that my urine flow has gotten much stronger. I am get up to the age where prostate issues are present, and my flow has been slowing down, and I read it's due to an enlarged prostate compressing the urine tract as some of us get older. Again I wasn't doing this protocol for this specific issue. Just want to do iodine because I learned most of us are lacking it. And later, I realized my flow got better. The only thing confusing is I just saw a Dr Berg video saying iodine will help prostate by enlarging it. So I am so confused. May be Dr Chaffee you can elaborate on what he means? 🤷🏻♂️
Dr. Chaffee was right in saying that Hashimoto's (a thyroid malfunction) can get worse when taking iodine. Dr. Berry does make this point, but he talks so much about the benefits of iodine, you might have missed that. If you don't have a thyroid condition, iodine is safe bc you'll just pee out extra.
Close to giving up coffee, stevia and cream. Severe allergies has me drinking it black- never before. I just cant taste the bitter right now. So happy! You answered so many great questions! Thank you!
yup.. coffee is a tough one for most people. I tried the taper off method.. in general.. that rarely works for most people.. The best way is to rip that band-aid off.. Get up one morning and just stop drinking it.
I recently weened off caffeine. 1 week slowly cutting down the caffeine. It worked with minimal side effects. Boy do I feel better. Caffeine on a carnivore diet is a net negative imo and in my experience. This coming from a huge caffeine addict. I miss the taste, but am fine with giving up caffeine forever if I continue to feel this good and energized naturally.
So does anyone know is it the caffeine that's the no, or coffee itself they find problematic? I'm not really caffeine addicted though I have coffee everyday. I can have decafe and feel the same as regular. I just really love the taste of coffee so that's what I'd miss.
@@j.h.9376 Depends who you ask. Some drink decafe with butter to avoid the caffeine because caffeine can mess up your bowel movements and suppress your natural appetite. Other's will avoid coffee for the chemicals in the beans/powder and maybe take a small dose caffeine pill for the extra boost of energy. It's really up to you. I just quit caffeine, which is a milestone for me, and I feel way better and have a much bigger appetite. That's good for me because I kept losing weight and don't want to lose anymore at this point since I'm quite lean already.
Pasture raised chickens go outdoors. Not that there are enough bugs to sustain them. I lived on a farm and we let the chickens out every day and still had to supplement their food with grains. There are not enough bugs to feed them in a pasture. They need supplementation so who knows what's in the feed given to them.
Speaking to the person who asked about Morgellons. I am very familiar with this horrible condition as my son was/is afflicted. It is not a skin condition. It is a nano-tech condition where the body has been infected with nano technology that form very colorful fibers that self-assemble. As they move around they look like they are alive. The body works hard to get rid of them. They work their way out through the skin, causing lesions. These lesions itch and burn like crazy. It also feels like there are worms crawling under the skin. There have been reported cases where the person unrelentedly suffered to the point of suicide. As we were using a magnifying glass and tweezers to pull out red, white, blue, green, and black fibers, we were told it was a mental disorder. The doctor sternly warned my son not to mentions that he had Morgellons ever again. It is a man-made disease. My opinion is that those who are unlucky enough to get infected are also in poor health with low nutrition. Many have had issues with drug addiction. There also seems to be clusters of cases in certain areas of the country. It just so happens that these are also places that are heavily sprayed with chemtrails. Coincidence? What to do? One anonymous professional in the know says to take a pinch of Borax 3 times a day. this is to get the mineral Boron, which seems to mess with the nano tech fibers. I would also soak in a tub of warm water with a cup of Borax added, for 20-30 minutes, then rinse off thoroughly. Search for A solution they do not want you to know by Dana Ashlie.
We feed our chickens some grains that we buy. Otherwise they free range on grass and clover. I’m going to add piles of woody materials to promote bug activity. Their eggs are super thick with dark orange yolks. Nothing like store bought.
I just watched most of that debate on another channel that recently dropped. Awesome job Dr. Chaffee! In the most polite way possible you nuked them from orbit.
We have ducks and prefer those over chicken eggs. We sell our chicken eggs and keep the ducks eggs for ourselves. Can’t get anyone around here to buy our duck eggs but we love them!
@TMB-B10M I prefer duck eggs too even though I only have chickens. I train my Labradors for duck hunting so having ducks around the house might be a challenge.
I LOVE DUCK EGGS!!! Chickens eggs can't even begin to compare! Plus the B 12 in duck eggs are about double the daily recommended. They taste so much better!!
To the person who had the hiatal hernia surgery. I am 74 have struggled with this since I was 33. The pain many many times kept me up all night have been considering surgery and have used acid prescribed pump inhibitors , stomach dumpers that just don’t work anymore.Mutiple scopes I feel some foods are sitting too long in the herniated part. Since going on 90 percent carnivore, I use eggs , hamburger. Liver and bacon and the carbs under 80 grms which I consume in the morning. 5 weeks into this has worked so good . I need to eat my supper by five any earlier my stomach is empty and I would get a stomach ache by three or four in the morning. Not sure the why perhaps Dr. haffee could provide some insight .
In my country supermarkets only sell eggs that are injected with pharmaceuticals for salmonella. Farm shops sell eggs not injected with pharmaceuticals.

Regarding the varicocele... Ive been doing carnivore almost 3 months now and havent felt it or gotten any pains. Normally i would constantly feel it and some days(sometimes even weeks) it was painful. Ofc its not a long enough time to really make a good conclusion but so far so good. So i do think that it helps. If its reversibel im not sure but no pain is a gain in my book
The root canal one I think the thought is bacteria is trapped in the root canal causing inflammation there and possibly elsewhere in the body . I don’t think a regular dr or dentist will know much about the subject either way. Hopefully you find other videos online .
If doctors are unhappy with LDL-A levels, buy a blood test with fractionated LDL-A. There are large particles, which I believe are the beneficial ones and small particles associated with inflammation and cardiovascular issues. If you have the beneficial ones, it is useful information for both of you and will quiet down the doctors’ reservations a great deal!
I wonder if morgellons is oxylates....I know of the weather manipulation. This whole world is weird. I have been around long enuf to remember forests here in the Midwest. Camped in cook forest as a child...all the trees were healthy. I felt like a fairy running along. Now the saplings lose bark and crumble...I am so so sad the kids can't see what I danced in as a little bubba.
I remember green forests and trees getting plump.,.I have thought recently these things look struggling....and the kids know no different. The strong old oaks (over hindered years) are shedding skin. Things are not lush....you get a bloom of spring....hasty summer and 3/4 dead. The standing deadwood I have never seen before. Something is happening beyond as simple as diet. Long ago, the links may be gone...mon"Santa" put in a patent for alum"beer can" resistant trees. Like why? Because the stuff falling down is not "bound" minerals, proteins, vitamins..they bind. I like to think the Lord does the perfect plan, but that's unscientific...regardless, there's some plan that even science can sort. Sadly, there's stuff only elite science will unfold when their time is right. "It's a big club....and you ain't in it" ~ the late George Carlin💗
Heads up to breastfeeding mom's! I haven't nursed with the carnivore diet, I started with my youngest was almost 2 and weened off. I had issue with two of my babies and colic and after months of searching with my first I learned it was a protein allergy from dairy. So I had to give up all dairy to stop the issue. It took over a week to get it out of my system but babies did so much better. So might not be carnivore, but the day of you're having an issue.
iirc, -itis means inflammation. Carnivore is the ultimate way of eating to reduce inflammation. Carbohydrates (sugar) are highly inflammatory for humans.
To the person who asked about leaning down |fat loss],, what worked for me was having 80/20 f/p |red meat + extra lamb or beef fat] once weight stable for 2 weeks to lose fat, every other day I would not have the added fat to my meals - in the old language this cut my calories by about half.. In the past, if I was on a mixed macro diet, I would be starving at that calorie level. Effortless fat loss at about 0.5% body weight per week.
Oxilate dumping is not fun, but it is controllable. I started around month 4 after I cut out coffee and cheese. So I added coffee back in and am weening myself off of it to see if that helps by replacing it with LMNT chocolate flavor. First every other day, then I'll start spreading it out on a weekly basis.
Hey Anthony A really Important question I've been asking so many people but I haven't gotten any answer. So I have been on a semi keto/Carnivore diet a year ago which was a blessing and curse at the same time. I used to suffer from Seborrheic dermatitis, extremely itchy and flakey scalp which got cured with this diet but the biggest downside was the super oily scalp it came along with it. I've been using the same Shampoo, everything is the same it's just the diet that has changed and my skin is oilest than ever. Right after coming out of the shower, my scalp gets greasy within 2 hours as if I've heavily oiled my scalp. Due to this my hair looks very flat, thin and less density. I've tried different clarifying, anti dandruff, sulfate free shampoos, baking soda, green tea wash literally everything but still no luck with any luck. It would be a huge favor if you can look into this matter and help me get a solution from it. I tried going back to a vegan diet for 1 week just to test but the dandruff got back along with the same oily scalp😭😭 I've literally been soo insecure about this that it's taking a toll on my mental health walking around soo greasy and oily all the time

Enjoy your knowledge from experience and gleaming from other carnivores. Im carnivore basically. Use organic stevia, very small amount in weak tea. The extensive pain has disappeared from my RA. However the malformation which has occurred in my fingers has remained (which I expected as I have had RA for some time). Being pain free is worth the change, and I do enjoy meat. Sleep would be great, yet its only a dream ( lol ) as I'm going through menopause, therefore the mind awakens me, preventing sleep. And photoflashes during the night, also wakens which I remain awake. Keep up the great work and sharing, we all appreciate you. Oh I mainly eat lamb, eggs, shrimp, bacon with fat, crab meat, and small amount of beef. I love Kerry gold butter, yet it triggers allergy, so the consumption is very small. I would love to eat sticks of this butter lol.

I have found that because of restricted blood flow, whenever I eat eggs, I become sluggish and blood flow decreases. What I need to do is reduce by obstructions, then add eggs later. I have tested this several times !
Hope you see this. I really have hard time eating high fat as it gives me major diarrhea and then I get allergic reactions and start itching all over (at one time I was allergic to all foods , except white bread). Every time I eat just meat or eggs it's bathroom city, and the only thing that holds it in there is white bread (August brand, just wheat, barely and water) I also have iga nephropathy, which i was told that protein is plugging up my kidneys, so I'm concerned about high protein diet. I also have major candida overgrowth. I get more allergic reactions to grass fed beef and free range eggs than versus grain fed. I took beef organ supplements and had so much energy but after 2 weeks I started itching like crazy so I had to stop. It's like my body refuses to get right

Could be from the egg whites. If I eat eggs every day I eventually get dandruff. I went just egg yolks and it didn’t happen. I now have eggs once sometimes twice a week with no problems. I think sourcing the cleanest/ pastured eggs is a big part of it…
I don't think organic makes a difference. Their shit corn food is just organic. Not much of a difference. I don't buy them. If I'm not getting pasture raise, I just get the "normal" cheap eggs.
I think they have cage free "organic" not pasture. I suppose it could vary by region. But if it says vegetarian feed, I would save my money and just buy the cheapest.
Pasture raised eggs...no such option in Belize All chicken is grain fed. I eat dozens of their eggs a week. I do no eat the chicken. All Beef is grass fed. Sheep /I don't know. I'll stick to the beef until I'm sure about the sheep.
*MORGELLONS: A controversial condition involving skin lesions and the belief that the skin is infected by bugs and other objects like string. The condition is relatively uncommon and the cause isn't fully understood. Testing for infection by bacteria or parasites is usually negative. There is no single established cure for Morgellons disease, but regular follow-up with a physician along with treatment of any associated conditions such as anxiety or depression may help.

I healed my Rheumatoid arthritis on carnivore with eggs, butter and ocassional cheese no problems! Got off biologic meds and been pain and flare free for over a year now!
Have you experimented to find, what foods trigger your arthritis, or do you feel just reducing inflammatory foods was key?
Wow - good for you. Fantastic
Thanks for sharing. I suspect myself doing better with more eggs/butter than beef.
Well done!
How long did it take to achieve these results?
I was once tested and said to be sensitive to eggs, both the whites and the yolks and also duck eggs. I discovered that by moving to pasture-raised eggs, I do great! Especially since finding a local farm source where they pasture the chickens unless it's Winter, at which time they feed non-GMO, non-grain, dried bugs and grass feed. The farmer has these same food sensitivities so they're extra careful... and therefore I'm extra lucky to have found them!! ❤🥚 ❤

Take care and blessings vitalishus❤
As an aside, if money is an issue for anyone, some dentists have monthly payment plans to take advantage of.

I can safely say I had not eaten eggs until I got some from a local farm where the lil feathered raptors got to run around and terrorize grasshoppers and june bugs. On the farm they also follow cattle somewhat and snag critters around dried patties. Chickens around the house will be in the leaves all day scratching lookin for a worm or other snack.

I got notified of this requirement because I accidentally got a rooster and someone complained, so I was given a list of all the regulations.
They CAN have effects, if not done correctly. I wish people would stop writing CRAP in these comments. Bloody clueless!
A lot of these people with the veggies, pepper, garlic are probably suffering from oxalate poisoning. It is common for non-carnivore ketos.

I like to think the Lord does the perfect plan, but that's unscientific...regardless, there's some plan that even science can sort. Sadly, there's stuff only elite science will unfold when their time is right.

@@luvabeen No it's NOT oxalates at all! It's a synthetic, genetically created lifeform!
Regarding baby sleeping and health... there may be good reason to question what we're injecting into our little ones.
Hey Anthony
A really Important question I've been asking so many people but I haven't gotten any answer.
I tried going back to a vegan diet for 1 week just to test but the dandruff got back along with the same oily scalp😭😭 I've literally been soo insecure about this that it's taking a toll on my mental health walking around soo greasy and oily all the time
hi there, i've been trying to wean off from using soap, shampoos while being on carnivore .. perhaps these videos may help .. ruclips.net/video/Dj4fon8Wq1w/видео.html (just water, and sometimes baking soda, apple cider vinegar) .. another one for long hair care ... ruclips.net/video/k-2YxqGiI54/видео.html hope you will have your answer soon. cheers.
Cleure shampoo has theminimum of chemicals in it. You might causing your skin to produce more oil by using harsh products that dry it out.

Kerrygold Butter company has started adding SKIM MILK to their UNSALTED butter!!!! The Salted Kerrygold butter does not have added milk.
38:05 but what it does mean if you do get sick you recover 2x faster
I raise chickens, and the difference can certainly be seen in the yolks.
Just got my results for the first time after 7months in on carnivore. Cheats: coffee, creamer.
-Glucose - 105
-Hemoglobin A1c - 5.7
-Cholesterol - 258
-LDL - 171
I am male 6ft 140lbs
I was 150 normal before.
Any concerns?
@UCtUtRp-QcGu7Nb8R1cgwV5w i feel good...better than I've felt in a long time. I looked it up and mixed results. The wife is experiencing easy bruising. Her appointment is in May.
Appreciate all your content. I hope this is a diet that we can stay on.
I've been saying I need to get a squad of ducks. Money is not an issue so i want to feed them like royalty. Spirulina, shrimp, worms, and peppers. That's generally what they love but it ain't cheap buying 2 or 3 kilos of shrimp every day!
Kidney function question/ answer.
What about those that went carnivore and albumin levels up in urine ? Focus of answer was in BUN and Creatinine . All other measure ls are Great
Glad you know who Joel is! You continue to impress me. Look up Greg Judy if you don’t know who he is. You guys could do a good interview
I was impressed too that he knew of Joel! Impressive. I raise chickens using his chicken tractor model.
@@dahof2789 I do as well. Also have goats, sheep, and a few calves that I rotationally graze now
I have found that because of restricted blood flow, whenever I eat eggs, I become sluggish and blood flow decreases. What I need to do is reduce by obstructions, then add eggs later. I have tested this several times !
what?
Hope you see this. I really have hard time eating high fat as it gives me major diarrhea and then I get allergic reactions and start itching all over (at one time I was allergic to all foods , except white bread).
Every time I eat just meat or eggs it's bathroom city, and the only thing that holds it in there is white bread (August brand, just wheat, barely and water)
I also have iga nephropathy, which i was told that protein is plugging up my kidneys, so I'm concerned about high protein diet.
I also have major candida overgrowth.
I get more allergic reactions to grass fed beef and free range eggs than versus grain fed.
I took beef organ supplements and had so much energy but after 2 weeks I started itching like crazy so I had to stop. It's like my body refuses to get right
My CGM says sugar crashes when I try to sleep. I am taking no insulin. Type 2 diabetic. I take NO meds for diabetes.
6:17 morgellens is a taboo subject that leads to TECHNOCRACY.
Dr Chaffee, look up ANA MARIA MIHALCEA, MD, PHD and Karen Kingston for more about morgellons and more....
We see this man's character at about 14:40. He wants to help that kid.❤❤❤❤❤
Every morning we let the chickens out to eat the grass and bugs!
Re root carnal- i finally pulled my #19 after 10 years of intermittent terrible pain. Been 2 months now and i should have done it sooner it was infected the whole time
I had a steak chunk/cheese omelet this morning. How do you call it a diet when its all so good.
Also, is it good to eat the cooked beef fat with meat and eggs to get enough fat...my stools say I could still eat more fat?
I love eggs , but I notice I get a psoriasis outbreak after regularly consuming them, i am clean keto they part 2 years. But now I decided to go 100% carnivore to see if I can reset my immune system and gut so to speak. I wonder, does anyone else experience anything like that ? And I did hand h.pylori positive last year, I am in hopes I can forget a lot my stomach problems with the help of beef, salt and water only.
Once I started eating good organic eggs. Using no vegetarian feed that contains soy. I had no problem with eggs.😊
Could be from the egg whites. If I eat eggs every day I eventually get dandruff. I went just egg yolks and it didn’t happen. I now have eggs once sometimes twice a week with no problems. I think sourcing the cleanest/ pastured eggs is a big part of it…
Same thing happened to me. Try duck eggs, I found no issues with those now I can tolerate regular eggs.
I am going to give it a try , thank you
Costco has organic if pasture raised eggs for a GREAT price.
I don't think organic makes a difference. Their shit corn food is just organic. Not much of a difference. I don't buy them. If I'm not getting pasture raise, I just get the "normal" cheap eggs.
Agree. @@D4rkBl4de
I think they have cage free "organic" not pasture. I suppose it could vary by region. But if it says vegetarian feed, I would save my money and just buy the cheapest.
Unfortunately, the best are pastured raised, no corn or soy, Whole Foods has them but, they’re like 8 or 9 a dozen
@@JohnCaughellvegetarian fed just means the supplemental grains they feed them have no animal byproducts. They still eat bugs if they are pastured.
Pasture raised eggs...no such option in Belize All chicken is grain fed. I eat dozens of their eggs a week. I do no eat the chicken. All Beef is grass fed. Sheep /I don't know. I'll stick to the beef until I'm sure about the sheep.
I tried my best with the carnivore diet my only downfall is chocolate and crisps i have also stopped alcohol and fizzy drinks
sublingual B12 is good for malabsorption melt under toungue
*MORGELLONS: A controversial condition involving skin lesions and the belief that the skin is infected by bugs and other objects like string.
The condition is relatively uncommon and the cause isn't fully understood. Testing for infection by bacteria or parasites is usually negative.
Symptoms generally include skin rashes, a sense of intense itching and crawling under the skin, and fatigue.
There is no single established cure for Morgellons disease, but regular follow-up with a physician along with treatment of any associated conditions such as anxiety or depression may help.
Just check that your dentist didnt snap a needle/drill off in your root canal ...like mine did, 2 yrs chronic pain followed by tooth removed ved when I got a decent dentist 😔😔😔
What causes gout people are telling me eating all meat is going to give me this? Any help would be appreciated
